  • Brynza - 200 g;
  • Cottage cheese - 300 g;
  • Margarine - 150 g;
  • Sour cream - 400 ml;
  • Egg - 4 pcs .:
  • Salt (according to one's own preferences);
  • Any greens (according to their taste).

You will also need a glass of plain boiled water.

Technology of preparation

To make placings with cottage cheese and herbs, first, of course, you need to knead the dough. For what it is necessary to mix vegetable oil, two eggs, salt in a suitable container, add water, flour, and then diligently mix. The received dough should be covered with a napkin and forget about it for thirty minutes. A free time to take the preparation of the filling. In principle, this will not take much time. It will be enough to chop the greens finely and mix it with cottage cheese and cheese.

Then from the test we make the cakes. Placinds with cottage cheese and herbs (however, like any other) can be round or square. The dough should be divided into pieces, each of which carefully rolled into a very thin, almost transparent layer. Would you like to have a dish that is perfectly shaped? Then to do this, use some "pattern" - a plate or a square shape - by applying it to the formation and cutting off the edges evenly. When the test is finished, you will need to take a greased baking sheet. And lay out on it the future cakes, alternating them with the filling. The algorithm is as follows: first the first layer of the test comes, is abundantly lubricated with margarine. Then the second one (also sprinkled with margarine). Then the filling is spread out over its entire surface. Then again, there are two cakes (also smeared with margarine), then the filling. And so on. The last layer should be from the dough.

Prepared a platsinda with cottage cheese in the oven, which must be preheated to one hundred and seventy-five degrees. But before you send the cake to the oven, it needs to be poured with a mixture of the two remaining carefully beaten eggs and sour cream. Ready platsinda will be in forty minutes. Here is a recipe. Placinds with cottage cheese before serving are cut into portions. In Moldova, they are likely to be served wine, we will limit ourselves to coffee or tea. It will be very tasty!

Placinda with pumpkin filling

As it was said above, placinda with cottage cheese at home is no less popular than with cottage cheese. For its preparation we take:

  • Flour (you need 3.5 stacks);
  • Sugar (according to the recipe - 0.5 cup, but the amount can be reduced or increased);
  • one egg;
  • Seven tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • Sweet and ripe pumpkin (four hundred grams):
  • salt.

How to cook

Of all the ingredients listed above (except for pumpkin and sugar) and water, make a dough. As in the previous recipe, leave it alone for half an hour. Pumpkin rub on a large grater and mix with sugar, do not forget that it was not fresh, a little salt. Then from the dough we roll one large round layer, in the middle of which we lay the pumpkin stuffing. If the pumpkin was already very juicy, then the liquid should be squeezed a little. And then raise the edges of the dough and wrap them, fastening in the center. Preparing platsinda with pumpkin in the oven at a temperature of two hundred degrees. The cooking process takes thirty minutes. Before serving, the pie should be cut into pieces.

Placinds with potatoes

For the preparation of such placinds we store:

  • Flour (you need two and a half glasses);
  • Soda - 0,5 tsp;
  • Vegetable oil (two tablespoons);
  • Potato - 1 kg.

Still need a glass of clean water, salt (to taste).

Cooking

In water, we dissolve soda and salt, add vegetable oil there, and then gradually add flour, stirring constantly. If suddenly a little overdone with water, why dough stick to your hands, you can add more flour. As a result, the output is a plastic dough. We roll it into a ball, cover it with a napkin and set it aside for thirty minutes.

Peel potatoes, my. The filling should not be prepared beforehand, so the raw tubers are finely chopped, the salt (but just before we spread it on the dough). If desired, you can pepper a little. But this is an amateur. Sdabrivaem two spoons of vegetable oil.

All the dough is divided into small balls. The fact is that placings with potatoes are traditionally cooked in a frying pan. And by appearance they do not resemble pie, but rather small pies. We roll each ball, and we try to make it as thin as possible (it is desirable that the thickness does not exceed five, or even three millimeters). For each layer we lay out the potatoes, turn off in the form of rectangles, fixing the edges of the dough in the center. And immediately sent to a frying pan with preheated oil. As for the temperature, you need to pick up some average value of it. In general, there are no special problems here: the third, and even the second portion will be prepared much faster. After all, after the first it will immediately become clear which temperature is most optimal. Placinds can be considered ready immediately after they become golden in color.

It is enough to buy ready-made semi - finished products in the store (this can be both puff and yeast dough) and make placings from it.
