Pizza with mushrooms and chicken

Somehow the whole family sat in a pizzeria, ate pizza, it was, of course, very tasty, but no one ate, and the filling in it was not enough. So I decided to please my beloved family with homemade pizza. So, on the agenda today is pizza with mushrooms and chicken.

I rarely buy dough, I cook it myself more often, because the homemade dough is still different from the purchased one. So, for its preparation, we need 400 grams of flour, half a cup of warm water, 5 grams of dry yeast, half a cup of water, also warm, 50 grams of butter (like a crust of pizza will be roasted), 1 egg, a little salt and sugar. We sift the flour through a sieve. Milk and water are connected, a little warmed up (to body temperature, you can slightly higher), add softened butter, beaten with salt and sugar egg, yeast and mix everything. Then gradually introduce flour into small handfuls, knead the dough for our future pizza. We let it go up, it will take about 40 minutes.

For the sauce, we need a spoonful of tomato paste, a spoonful of mayonnaise, a chopped clove of garlic, all combine and get the sauce. You can use ready-made pizza sauce, it is sold in almost all large grocery supermarkets.

Since our pizza with mushrooms and chicken, we need one chicken breast, 200 grams of mushrooms (I use champignons), 100 grams of hard cheese (pizza is best suited for Mozzarella cheese, because after melting it does not stretch like rubber, but this My personal opinion), olives canned, 1 tomato. Chicken breast must be boiled in salted water, then divide it into fibers. Tomatoes are cut in rings, olives too. Mushrooms can be pre-fried, but I do not fry them, just finely cut, so the taste of mushrooms is preserved in the pizza. Cheese rub on a large grater. All ingredients are ready, pizza with mushrooms and chicken should look amazing.

While we were busy with the filling, the dough was already supposed to rise. We divide it into three parts (this quantity of the test is enough for three medium pizzas). We roll it into a layer and lay it on a greased frying pan. We put chicken on top, then mushrooms, then olives and tomatoes. All water the sauce, sprinkle the top with grated cheese and send it to the oven to bake. That's all, pizza with mushrooms and chicken ready, you can safely bring joy to relatives and friends. It should be noted that this pizza is many times better and tastier than in any pizzeria. Try to cook, do not regret it.

By the way, if you do not have fresh mushrooms, it's a good pizza with pickled mushrooms. I cook it for the same recipe, I just use pickled instead of fresh champignons.

Pizza - this is such a batch, with a filling for which you can experiment. For example, you can use any minced meat and the same mushrooms, you will get pizza with meat and mushrooms. So, for this pizza we need 400 grams of homemade meat, 200 grams of champignons, 1 tomato, pizza sauce, Mozzarella cheese or any other hard cheese, 1 onion. The dough for this pizza can be prepared according to the recipe described above, or you can simply make dough without yeast in a hurry. In this case, you need 400 grams of flour, 1 egg, 50 grams of butter, 50 ml of sour cream, a pinch of salt and sugar. Egg, softened butter, sour cream, salt and sugar, combine and whisk, add flour and mix not very steep dough. Roll it out, put it in shape. On top, lay out the mince, sprinkle with chopped onions. Tomatoes are cut into rings and also laid over minced meat. Mushrooms crushed, you can lightly fry in vegetable oil, put it on pizza. Pour the sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake pizza in the oven until cooked. This pizza is not less delicious, worth a try.
