In administrative law, the act of management is an administrative document - an order. Orders for the main activity concern the organizational activities of the whole enterprise (here it is more correct to use the more general term "organization", as prescribed by GOST R ISO 9000, examples of the organization are the company, firm, corporation, enterprise, association, institution, charitable organization and so on , Their combinations or structural subdivisions), several or one of its structural subdivisions. They regulate financing, planning, reporting, supply and other production issues. The direction of orders, the features of their drafting and approval are determined by the specifics of the organization. Any orders for the main activity may be oral (this by-law) or written (this is a by-law normative act) and must be strictly enforced. Failure to comply with the order may entail various penalties. Draft written orders are prepared on the instructions of the first head of the organization, his deputies or on his own initiative of the performers. Preparation of the project is divided into several stages. These include the study of the issue, as well as the collection of necessary information. After that the draft of the order is drawn up, its coordination is carried out, and then the head is signed.

Orders for the main activities of the enterprise are executed (in one copy) on the Order forms approved in the organization. As a rule, these are sheets of A4 format, with margins at the left, top and bottom not less than 20 mm, the field of the right side of the sheet is not less than 10 mm. The document must necessarily contain the requisites: the trademark or the emblem and the name of the organization, the name of the document form, the date of its signing and the number. Obligatory to the text of the order header, then the text itself, the signature of the head, visa, mark about the performer. The date of the order is considered the date of its signing by the head. The title should contain the answer to the question "about what?" This order. For example: "About changing the staff schedule" and so on. It is not recommended to include in the title of the phrase: "Order on the organization" or "Order of the head of the organization."

The text must contain a stating and administrative part. The first - with the goals and objectives of the prescribed actions, the reasons for issuing the order, with reference to the document that served as the basis for the preparation of the draft. The stating part can be omitted if the reason for issuing the order and not requiring clarification is obvious. In this part the word "ORDER" is not written. The second, managerial part, begins with the word "I ORDER:", printed on a separate line. Then the prescribed actions with the terms of their execution, executors are indicated. The term of performance may be absent if the performer is given a standing order.

Any basic business orders should include correct (standardized) terms and definitions that facilitate a clear interpretation of the clear and logical contents of the document. If there are several orders, the text of the order itself is divided into points, each of which must start with a red line. The text after the digital transfers with a period, for example: "1." or "4.5.", Begins with a capital letter. If a generalization or a colon is made in a section or paragraph, then the subparagraphs must begin with a lower case letter and end with a semicolon. If one executor needs to record several orders with one execution period, then the performer and the term are indicated only in the main clause, and the orders are recorded in separate sub-items. When instructing one performer of several tasks with different terms, the person responsible for the assignment is indicated in the main clause, and the instructions to the performer and the terms are listed in separate subparagraphs.

After the drafting, it is agreed and signed. The agreement is drawn up by a visa on the last sheet (on the reverse side). The draft order should be presented by the head of the unit, in which the draft order was prepared. Further, the draft order is transferred to a structural unit or an official of the organization (for example, to the secretary), which verifies the compliance of the document with the requirements established by the 2003 edition of GOST R 6.30, as well as the correctness of the listed officials, whose order must be signed, then Rule, the organization establishes a certain period, for example, no more than 5 days) the order is received for signature by the first head (deputy, if it is stipulated by the procedure in force in the organization Oh). After signing it is assigned a number. The numbering of orders is made during one calendar year, from January to December. All orders for the main activity are maintained and numbered separately from the orders for personnel.
