Mozhaisk reservoir is a beautiful place for rest and fishing!

In the west of the Moscow region as a result of the construction of a dam in the early 60's on the river. Moscow near the village of Marfin Brod was formed Mozhaiskoe reservoir - one of the most beautiful places for recreation and fishing in the suburbs. It is famous for the purity and transparency of its water, and it is one of the largest reservoirs in the Central region of Russia. It is also referred to as the "Mozhaisk Sea", since the area of the reservoir is 3070 hectares, the length is 45 km, the largest width is 3.5 km, the depth is 4-8 m, and the maximum is 28 m.

Regularly, juveniles of pike and pike perch are released there, they are bred in a fish shop in the village of Glazovo.
