Maxim Fadeev's production center started its work in 2003. It became one of the first such organizations in Russia. Thanks to the efforts and talent of the producer, as well as the work of his team, the careers of these performers have developed incredibly well. Julia Savicheva recorded 3 albums. Her songs were awarded various awards, as well as soundtracks for several films. In 2004, Julia Savicheva spoke from Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest. The hit "London-Paris" was specially written by Maxim Fadeyev for Irakli. He kept record time at the leading positions of the charts. The song "Vova - plague" turned into folk song. Later these songs became part of the album "London - Paris". The next work by Irakli entitled "Take a step" demonstrated the creative permanence of the artist. Maxim Fadeev's production center in 2007 was the founder of the Serebro band. The trio included Marina Lizorkina, Olya Seryabkina and Elena Temnikova. Talent, music and energy of Maxim Fadeev allowed the girls to win the hearts of many people, and various figures of show business drew attention to this group. As part of the RMA ceremony, the band was recognized as the "Best Debut". In addition, the team was awarded the Golden Gramophone Award. The Serebro band took part in the Eurovision Song Contest. Another major project, to which Maxim Fadeyev has a direct relationship, is called "The Voice. Children". It's a vocal television show. Participants of the project are children, whose age is 7-14 years. In the show "Voice. Children "provided the presence of three mentors.
