List of preferential occupations. List of professions for a preferential pension

Legislation provides for an age at which all women of 55 years and men of 60 years are usually sent on a well-deserved rest. However, this rule has an exception, which is a list of preferential occupations. They are characterized by increased complexity and danger of work. As compensation for the damage to health, the state provides an opportunity to retire early.

The list of preferential occupations is determined by the harmful effect of working conditions on the health of employees. Some specialties were included in the list back in the last century, but with the advent of new technologies and new responsibilities, the list expanded.

Lists

In 1991, the list of professions for a preferential pension was approved. For convenience, it was divided into two parts. The lists included all harmful and dangerous to health specialties. These lists help determine what kind of compensation a citizen should receive, and what additional benefits he needs to provide.

Individual categories of citizens represented in these lists can count on additional benefits in the form of:

  • Reduced working week;
  • Increased salary;
  • Free tours to various sanatoria;
  • Long annual leave;
  • Early retirement.

The list of benefits is provided by federal regulations. According to statistics, about 40% of specialists are engaged in production with harmful factors. To somehow compensate for the damage to health caused by labor activity, the government provides a list of preferential occupations, divided into two types of lists.

Difference lists

The classifier of professions presented by the government is a document in which a list of harmful occupations is displayed. Periodically, the lists are updated and supplemented with new specialties.

The difference is in the severity of labor. The first list indicates the specialties that the Ministry of Labor considers particularly dangerous. The second list shows all occupations with negative health effects, but not those that are especially dangerous. Proceeding from this, the most benefits will be received by people with professions from the first list. .

List 1

In a single list of preferential occupations (the latest version) all specialties of the general line of business are entered. The first list includes:

  • Underground works;
  • Mountain types of work;
  • All professions of metallurgy;
  • oil industry;
  • Extraction and processing of gas;
  • chemical industry;
  • petrochemistry;
  • Employees of the gas station;
  • Employees of the fleet;
  • Professions related to the development of radio engineering and electrical appliances;
  • Employees engaged in the manufacture of medications.

Also on this list are all the specialties related to mining and processing of ore.

List 2

The second list of preferential occupations includes:

  • Health care workers;
  • Professions related to the processing of metals and coal;
  • Food industry workers;
  • Employees of railway tracks.

The list also includes specialists in social security and some other professions.

Early retirement

The first and second list of preferential occupations allows early retirement. These lists take into account the hard work of a person, the danger of work. The law approved by the government of the Russian Federation provides for early rest, or the opportunity to change activities to an easier and safer. In the latter case, the benefits and payment of a monthly pension are retained.

Conditions for entering a deserved rest are displayed by a new program. The list of preferential occupations provides for the definition of conditions that must be fulfilled for early exit on vacation.

Men whose activities fall into the first list of professions for a preferential pension should have a record of at least ten years of harmful work. According to the second list for men, the length of service is two and a half years longer. After that, everyone gets the opportunity to advance on a preferential pension. Women employed in jobs on the first list must have a record of at least seven and a half years, and in the second - at least ten.

Pension support is assigned to men entering the first list of occupations for a preferential pension if their total work activity is 20 years, of which half they were engaged in hazardous work. If this criterion is met, a pension can be set at 50 years. Women can file documents for the calculation of benefits for a total of 15 years, of which half of the term they worked under conditions dangerous to health. The age of women must be at least 45 years.

To go on a well-deserved rest people from the second list can with a total length of work 25 years (for men) and 20 years (for women). The age of men in this case should be 55 years, and women - 50 years.

It happens that a person could not finish working up to a pension in a hazardous industry. Such situations were taken into account by the pension fund. The list of preferential occupations provides for the possibility of reaching an early rest even if there is a shortage of seniority. Of course, this can affect the size of the pension.

Where to apply for an early pension

When entering the first and second list, a citizen must apply to a pension fund (hereinafter PF) with a work book. Based on the information provided in it, PF employees decide whether to grant a preferential pension or not. If there are inaccuracies in the workbook, errors or unclear information, additional documentation is required to prove the record. It includes:

  • T54 form card;
  • Time sheet for working hours;
  • Accounting card with the personnel department.

In addition, the following documents are submitted to the PF:

  • passport;
  • SNILS (insurance number of the individual personal account);
  • Application for the appointment of a pension.

After accepting the application, the PF employees make a request to obtain confirmation that the profession on which the citizen worked is included in the classifier of professions for a preferential pension. In rare cases, the future pensioner is asked to provide a medical certificate stating that work has led to disability.

Refusal to grant preferential benefits

After reviewing the documents, the PF specialists can make a negative decision in setting a preferential pension, justifying the refusal. The reasons for the negative answer can be:

  1. Unconfirmed fact of labor activity of a citizen at the specified enterprise.
  2. The legislative lists do not specify the profession on which the citizen worked.
  3. Lack of proof of seniority.

If you disagree with the refusal, every citizen after his receipt has the right to apply to the court to appeal against the decision of the PF.

Right to preferential pension

Every citizen who works at an enterprise where working conditions are dangerous to health should remember the "pitfalls" that await him when registering a reduced pension. The first one who makes mistakes in the documentation and its management is the employer. Often, the employment contracts do not indicate a danger to the life and health of staff, because of which he is deprived of the right to additional benefits for harm, as well as the possibility of early retirement. To prevent this from happening, you should carefully read the terms of the employment agreement. Also necessary:

  1. Continually monitor the personalized account of their work activities. If desired, any employee has the right to request an extract with the specified length of harmful work.
  2. Monitor timely payments to the PF.

It is also necessary to control the filling of the work record book so that there are no errors or unnecessary signs in it. It should be filled clearly and without a single blot.

Privileged pension for northerners and citizens of other professions

The program-list of preferential occupations assumes a special category of specialists. It gets citizens working in the north. To designate a preferential pension, it is necessary to work there for at least 15 years (for the far north) and 20 years for the International Financial Corporation. For women, the total length of service is at least 20 years, and for men - at least 25 years.

In the legislation of the Russian Federation there are also small lists of professions, thanks to which people can count on a preferential allowance for long service. They include individual specialties, such as geologists, bus drivers and other passenger transport.

When working in different spheres of activity and in various harmful specialties, you can get a preferential pension, summarizing the length of service and choosing the option that is more suitable for the amount of payments. The final decision should be made by the citizen who applied for a preferential pension.

For example, with mining employment for ten years, a person can have an experience of five years at the COP. The northern pension is higher than that of a mining worker, so when calculating it, one should take it. You can retire to such people in 50 years.
