Leroy Fear was born on January 5, 1990 in Holland in a family where all men were athletes. Then he was noticed by scouts of one of the largest clubs of Holland of that time, "Feyenoord". The nine-year-old boy moved to a new system, where he began to train hard, until in 2008 he signed a professional contract with the club. In the end of the season 07/08 he began to receive the practice game and spent 11 matches, scoring one goal. Already in the following year he was at the heart of the club, having spent in it a full three seasons. In total Leroy Fear won for Feyenoord 119 matches, scoring sixteen goals. But by that time the club's management realized that Fur was not a supertalant, which top clubs could buy out for a lot of money. Therefore, in 2011 the midfielder was sold to another Dutch club - "Twente" - for five and a half million euros.
