LCD Yaroslavsky (Mytischi, PIK): deadline, description and reviews

In the immediate vicinity of the Moscow Ring Road several dozens of comfortable modern housing buildings are being built, each of which has its own characteristics. At the moment, one of the largest new buildings - LCD "Yaroslavsky" (Mytishchi). PIK - the developer, realizing this large-scale project. The main feature of the complex can be called his concept of "city in the city", which means the construction of a large number of residential buildings and all that are necessary for the convenience and comfort of social facilities. PIK Group builds quickly and reliably. Already commissioned 19 housing Yaroslavsky, completed the first part of the project, microdistrict number 15. In the neighboring district, No. 16, there are also buildings ready for surrender. The rest are at different stages of construction. Location

On the western outskirts of the city, in the immediate vicinity of the Volkov highway, the Yaroslavsky (Mytishchi) residential complex is being built. PIK for the construction of two micro-districts received 114 hectares of land. Microdistrict No. 15 was erected on the area between the streets of Sukromka, Yubileynaya, Borisovka and Raspopova Boulevard. The area 16 between Raspopova boulevard and Mir, Yubileynaya and Borisovka streets is currently being built for microdistrict No. 16. On the western side there is 650 meters of the exclusion zone, behind which there is a CHP-27. Approximately 2 km from the complex is the village of Chelobitevo, and 5 km - MKAD at the point of its intersection with Ostashkovsky highway.

Transport accessibility

In relation to the existing traffic junctions, the Yaroslavsky residential complex is quite conveniently located. Mytishchi is a city that has the same railway in its infrastructure. Station, about ten bus routes and about the same number of fixed-route taxis. On the streets of Jubilee, Mira and Borisovka, just a hundred meters from the Yaroslavsky liquid crystal building, there are stops of about 10 public transport routes. True, only 700 meters from the LCD is a thermal power station, but it is equipped with the most advanced equipment and is among the leading enterprises in Russia for environmental safety. Much more damage is brought by the exhaust gases of cars, but Yaroslavsky is built at a sufficient distance from the major transport arteries. The big plus of the complex can be called the Pirogovsky forest park, to which from the buildings 24 and 28 less than 200 meters, and from the rest a little bit further. Another natural object, located near the complex, is the Sukromka River with man-made dams created on it.

Infrastructure

In the future, all the necessary social facilities will be created in the Yaroslavsky LCD (Mytischi). PIK is a developer who pays much attention to the comfortable life of its clients. The complex is only under construction, but two kindergartens have already been erected on its territory - "Karuselka" and "The Scarlet Flower" - and the school. On the first floors of the buildings it is planned to open shops, polyclinics, services of everyday life, sports clubs. In the building № 16a, a private kindergarten, a beauty salon, a dental clinic, in the building 16 have opened a hairdresser, a veterinary clinic, a grocery store and a beer store, and in the 12a building a children's club, a sushi bar, a grocery store. On the territory of the LCD there is even a swimming pool. In those buildings that are ready for commissioning, the first floors are also non-residential. Here you will find shops, bank offices and other organizations. In total, 4 polyclinics, 4 general education schools, 1 sports school, 8 kindergartens will be built in the complex.

On the adjacent territory of buildings, the builder equips recreation areas, builds children's and sports grounds, landscaping.

Parking in the LCD "Yaroslavsky" (Mytischi) is planned to be made terrestrial. In the future, a garage complex for 6,000 cars will be built here.

Design

Immediately on several types of projects is building a PIC LCD "Yaroslavsky" (Mytischi). The building 30 and the building 27 are erected on the individual project, the buildings 42, 39 and 38 are built according to the standard one. In the LCD "Yaroslavl" the cost of 1 m 2 is from 70 000 to 122 000 rubles.

The price depends on the floor on which the apartment is located, on what side of the world the windows come from and other indicators that are taken into account when calculating PIK employees. At the moment, there are still available apartments of any type from the developer in LCD "Yaroslavsky" (Mytishchi). Completion of the third phase of the developer moved to the end of 2017, the fifth stage also moved from 2016 to 2017, the sixth will be given in 2018. At the present moment in the "Yaroslavl" the buildings of 13, 14, 21, 24, 28, 29, 22, 23, 25, 26 and 32 have been commissioned.

In buildings 27, 30, 31 and 38 (block 1), the builders finish the internal work. Term of delivery of these houses in the first half of this year.

  • The 39th (block 1) ends the erection of the 7th floor.

- Near the Moscow Ring Road;

- near two parks - Pirogovsky and TsPKO, where you can walk with children and breathe clean fresh air;

- good planning;

- the opportunity to choose housing without finishing or finishing;

- rich infrastructure.

Notable disadvantages:

- high enough prices at the start of the project;

- close location of the CHPP;

- Transfer for an indefinite period of construction of the metro station "Chelobitnaya", the presence of which near the complex is already included in the cost of apartments;

- there is no underground parking, and the ground is in yards, next to children's playgrounds;

- it is inconvenient to get to rush hours because of traffic congestion on the roads and lack of public transport for all comers.
