Irina, how did you come to understand that you need to deal with these projects?

Just want to say that "Sense" and "Consciousness" is more of a favorite hobby for me. Self-realization, if you want. Because any sane person living in Ukraine understands that this can not be a business. On this you will not earn anything. And if you tell from the very beginning, you have to go deep into childhood and adolescence. I have always been interested in knowledge, I have been fascinated by complex esoteric teachings since my school years. Therefore, when I had an opportunity to go to the sacred places of the globe: to Tibet, China, India, Peru, I without hesitation went on the road for new experience and knowledge.

Tell us, how did this affect the creation of projects?

In general, the most amazing and eventful trip was a trip to Peru. Three days I spent in the impenetrable jungle, where, far from civilization, I practiced spiritual practices with a local shaman. It was after this trip that I joined the creation of the "Consciousness" center, whose main idea was the comprehensive and harmonious development of the person's personality at all levels: physics, psychology, energy, mentality ... That is why our program includes numerous bodily practices, art therapy , Psychology, women and teenagers, primarily yoga, qigong, tai chi ... In addition, we have a "line of trust" where professional psychologists work.

How did you select personnel for such an unusual case?

This was the most difficult task. Having lost all my idealism in difficult search, I finally found the right people who, like me, visited India and Tibet with a far from tourist mission. But, unfortunately, people who are engaged in such things in Ukraine are very poor ... Nobody, does not come to the center on a Mercedes, at the best, they have money for a minibus. They have to balance on the brink - to provide for themselves and the family, giving up knowledge or remaining poor, but proud. Therefore, I urge successful people: please help these unique specialists to carry their knowledge into people, support them! It is very important.

Also you have another socially significant project "Sense"

Yes, and this project also came about not by chance. We all know that the real scourge of Ukrainian business is its unscrupulousness: espionage, theft, kickbacks ... Once I myself faced this and realized how acute the problem of personnel security in Ukraine is. Of course, I immediately began to look for a way out of this situation. And, in the end, I found it. It turns out that back in 1980, at the First Moscow Medical Institute named after Sechenov, the young scientist Igor Smirnov developed the topic of testing people with the least errors in the form of distractions. Today this titanic work took shape in the universal program "Mind Reader", which means "Reading Thought".

And what does this program "know"?

Personnel testing, the quality and truthfulness of the resume, the real motives that motivate a person when recruiting for work, the person's compliance with the position held ... The program works gently with the subconscious of the person, this is precisely its uniqueness.

Is the methodology only for business?

While yes, but you will be surprised if you learn that it can help, for example, to find out whether you really love a person, whether, in fact, what is happening at this moment in your life is important, and much more. I will reveal the secret, now I'm working on adapting the program for the career guidance of teenagers. The methods that are used today are, we will be frank, yesterday. Our society is in dire need of highly qualified specialists and a healthy business atmosphere. Our people should be happy and confident in the future. It is over this that I work. It is in this I see the ultimate and most important meaning of my activity.
