How to hunt wild boar on oats

Practically every person has his hobbies and hobbies. In men, interests such as fishing and hunting are the most common. Especially popular recently is hunting for wild boar. This is not just entertainment, it's a kind of sport that gives a person a splash of adrenaline and at the same time develops dexterity, quick reaction, accuracy, attention, caution and other positive qualities.

Having a hobby of this kind, you can learn a lot of interesting and useful things that you have not thought about before. For example, a boar is considered an omnivore. However, those who are engaged in its catching, know that the favorite treats of this animal include oats, corn and peas. It is thanks to the knowledge of this small weakness, inherent in this four-legged creature, hunting for wild boar on oats.

Fields with cereals are most often located opposite forests, i.e. across the road from them. There you can see traces. If there are a lot of them, then the herd goes to feed regularly on the field. Accordingly, this is the most successful place where hunting for wild boar on oats can be arranged. It's very good if there are some swamps near by, where animals can arrange for themselves to lie down. In this case, the chances of shooting an animal are significantly increased. And hunting for wild boar in the fall is as real as in summer. After all, if there are still undeveloped fields, the animals will necessarily come there to refresh themselves.

Preliminary preparation

Having chosen a field for hunting, it should be carefully examined and an approximate plan of action developed. Do it better in the morning. At the same time, it is not worthwhile to enter the field itself, tk. There will remain your human smell, which will scare away the wild boar. In the morning, you should outline the approximate route of movement, and in the evening, if necessary, make corrections to it depending on the direction of the wind. Hunting a wild boar on oats requires that a man can get close without revealing himself. To do this, it is necessary to approach only from the leeward side. Otherwise, the gust of the wind to the wild boars will convey the smell of the hunter, as a result of which they will flee.

More often than not, wild boars go to the field at night, but sometimes they can not resist the temptation and do it in the daytime. Sometimes they are even so addicted that, having lost all vigilance, they start to make a lot of noise and do not hear the approaching hunter at all. If he then makes his way against the wind without any sudden movements, he will be able to approach the distance necessary for the shot. In this case, hunting for wild boar on oats, most likely, will be crowned with success.

Caution is not superfluous

Hunting is not only an interesting, but also a rather dangerous form of entertainment, so it requires vigilance and caution. If, at the sight of the beast, you begin to tremble your hands, and also in the case when you are not sure of the reliability of your gun, cartridges or exactly the shot, do not try to kill a large beast that is coming very close. Allow him to distance himself by 30 meters, and then shoot. At this distance, usually, even the largest sekach, if he is injured, does not turn to the hunter, but continues to run away. If you tried to kill a large animal at a distance of 5-7 meters, and instead only "scratched" his side, look for a tall tree that will save you from his rage. Most likely, the beast will rush at you. That's why you should always calmly and soberly assess the situation and take deliberate decisions about the shot. It should also be remembered that in addition to minimal safety precautions, several other rules should be followed. The most important among them is that it is possible to catch the beast only when the opening of a hunt for a wild boar has already been announced.
