Gynecological diseases. Endometriosis of the body of the uterus

Endometriosis of the uterus body is a gynecological disease in which benign nodes and tissues like the endometrium (the uterus of the uterus) are formed. Neoplasms can develop both outside the body and inside it.

Endometriosis of the uterus body is observed in women of reproductive age (20-40 years). The disease has two types.

Genital endometriosis of the uterus body is characterized by the development of pathological processes in the external and internal genital organs. Disease of this type is observed in 92-94% of all cases.

Much less often (in 6-8% of cases) extragenital type of disease is noted. Thus the endometrium departs from the mucous body of the uterus and begins to develop in other systems and organs of the woman.

Normally, during menstruation, endometrial cells that are viable can enter with the menstrual blood into the abdominal cavity through the tubes of the uterus. However, in a non-predisposed organism, such cells do not survive. In other cases, the endometrium has the ability to settle down and expand beyond the uterine body in the abdominal cavity.

To create and spread the disease, there are many prerequisites. The main etiological factors are hormonal and immune disorders.

Hormones of the ovaries provoke cyclical changes in the foci of neoplasms. The foci, in turn, begin to germinate with nerve fibers, and around the foci, spikes form in many cases. This causes the onset of pain syndrome that accompanies endometriosis of the uterus body.

As observations show, the disease occurs in 40% of women who underwent laparotomy and laparoscopy, as well as those suffering from infertility.

In addition, intrauterine manipulation (diagnostic curettage, abortion, cesarean section, manual examination of the uterine cavity in the postpartum period) significantly contribute to the penetration of the endometrium into the uterine wall and its development. This, in turn, leads to intrauterine neoplasms.

According to the embryonic theory, there is a combination of the onset of the disease at a young age with disorders in the formation of the genital organs in the fetus in the intrauterine period. The frequent combination of disease with different vices in the development of the genitourinary system also confirms the theory. In addition, experts note the connection between the onset of endometriosis and hereditary factors. Thus, a woman whose relatives suffered from the disease, the probability of its development increases to 7%.

Endometriosis of the uterus. Treatment

The only way to get rid of the disease today is surgical intervention. In this case, complete removal of all lesions is performed.

In the postoperative period, medications can be prescribed that prevent the subsequent formation and development of foci of the disease. As practice shows, this method is very effective. In 40-70% of all cases, the ability to conceive returns.

Endometriosis of the uterus. Herbal Treatment

In folk medicine for therapeutic purposes with this disease, two plants are used most often. Herbs of red brushes and hogs are very effective in hyperplasia, i.e. With pathological proliferation of the endometrium.

The greatest effect is provided by the integrated use of these funds. In this case, a special course is selected. The action of the hog queen is aimed at healing the disease. As a supplement, the red brush creates such conditions in the female body, in which the growth can not grow. This, in turn, greatly simplifies the therapy.
