Pharmacological properties

Adapalene is a derivative of naphthoic acid, it reduces the formation of micro-medones by normalizing the process of cell differentiation, has an anti-inflammatory effect. Benzoyl peroxide has keratolytic, antimicrobial, exfoliating action. It also has a sebostatic effect (prevents excessive production of sebum accompanying acne).

One gram of gel contains active components - adapalene and benzoyl peroxide - in an amount of 0.001 and 0.025 grams, respectively. Secondary ingredients in the formulation are sodium docusate, glycerol, simulgel 600RNA, disodium edetate, propylene glycol, poloxamer, purified water.

Dosing and Administration

Use the medicine only externally. On the affected areas of clean and dry skin with fingertips, apply a thin layer of gel once a day (in the evening), while avoiding getting the substance on the mucous lips and in the eyes.
