According to some versions, the "Fau 7" (flying disk) could be manufactured in Siberia, and the inventor could be Austrian Schauberger (despite his talent as a genius designer, he was a patient of a clinic for mentally ill people).

There are many versions that the Antarctic ice hides a laboratory where these flying objects can be hidden. The first mention of this theory appeared in the novels of Landing. However, according to the original version, the location of the laboratory was in Northern Canada. Some claimed that it was here that these aircraft were built , and this was also a favorable place for the first tests. The labor force was not enough, and at the initiative of General Dorberger, prisoners from the concentration camp began to be brought in. One of them witnessed the events taking place at the training ground. He claimed that he saw a round device, which in its form was similar to an inverted pelvis. In its center was a transparent drop-shaped cabin.

At the start, the device made a hissing sound and all vibrated. The former prisoner of the camp saw with his own eyes how the object rose into the air and hung at a distance of 5 meters from the ground. For a while, the UFO held this position, and then turned and began to gain altitude. The flight marked instability. Gusts of wind were very strong on him, and one of them turned the plate in the air, which led to a decrease in the apparatus. According to him, this test ended unsuccessfully, the plate exploded, and the pilot died. Also, information on a similar object was obtained from nineteen officers and soldiers. They claimed that they saw an object in flight that looked like a plate with a transparent cockpit in the center. The scientists concluded that this device is Zimmermann's "Flying Pancake." This object was designed in 1942 and had a speed of 700 km per hour with horizontal flight.

German engineers developed several UFO models, each time improving the design and adding new solutions. The first modification was called "Fau 7". Its development was carried out within the framework of the "Weapons of Retribution" program. This unit had more fuel and a more powerful engine. To stabilize the plate in flight, a steering mechanism was used, similar to the one that is present on the aircraft. The first tests were carried out in 1944 (May 17) near Prague. "Fau 7" had excellent technical characteristics - a speed of 288 km per hour and horizontal movement of 200 km per hour.

Up to now, information about the existence of eight projects has been preserved. The first of these was named "The Wheel with the Wing" and was tested in 1941. It is considered the first object in the world, which could take off vertically. After "Fau 7" there was a modification of "Discolet". Her test was in 1945. In subsequent years appeared "Disk Belonets". This was an even more advanced model. The constructors of this apparatus were Belonets, Mite, Shriver and Schauberger. The model with a diameter of 68 meters was available in a single copy. In the engine, compression of the consumed air occurred, the ejection of which was then carried out through the nozzles. The flying object was equipped with an anti-jamming control system, which Schauberger was supposed to develop from the beginning of World War II.

Reactive aviation and rocket engineering of the Third Reich undoubtedly received a great impetus and development during the Second World War. However, new developments by the Germans were too late. The most modernized "saw the light" at the end of the war. When the "Weapon of Retribution" was created, the need for it disappeared. Those projects that were ahead of the time of their creation (bombers, fighters, etc.), as well as the "Fau 7", the flying disc of the 3 Reich, were often in one copy and did not have time to strike - the war was already over.
