False maslings: their difference from edible fungus

From the middle of the summer months to the end of September in our forests, you can find a huge number of delicious mushrooms. Especially good are the oily mushrooms, which are not disdained by any mushroom picker. Unfortunately, an inexperienced collector can be trapped by one danger. The fact is that there are false oleaginas, poisoning which does not lead to anything good. But there are several reliable ways to distinguish these "werewolves" from edible mushrooms. Our article will tell you about them.

Appearance

Ordinary oil masks are immediately evident, since their brilliant yellowish hats are hard to miss in the forest moss. Their peculiarity is that they grow up whole families. Have you found one oil dish? Most likely, a dozen more hid nearby!

But every fungus you find must be carefully studied. Particular attention must be paid to the color of the cap. All false oily males differ from their edible "colleagues" in that they have hats that have a certain violet hue.

Discover a lot of amazing things you can by simply turning the found mushroom upside down. If it is edible, there will be a whitish film on the inside, under which lies the porous structure that is so characteristic of good oilers. But their dangerous relatives do not. All false oily males have a lamellar structure of the reverse side of the cap, on which they can easily be distinguished!

In addition, the plates have a grayish color, which also gives them the look of an experienced mushroom picker. In real oleaginas, the hat at a young age has a pleasant yellowish color, and its reverse surface (again we remind you that it must have a porous structure) is painted exactly the same.

Do not confuse their "fake" relative with the fungus "spruce of a wettail." It can often be found in coniferous forests, but in appearance it somewhat resembles false oily. This little-known fungus has a grayish cap with a mucous coating, as well as a reverse side, characterized by a lamellar structure. Surprisingly, it refers to edible mushrooms, albeit not too common. But if you do not know exactly what is before you, do not take it!

What happens with poisoning?

We have already noted more than once that a false oilcan is dangerous when it is accidentally consumed in food. It contains enough dangerous and strong toxins that can seriously damage your health.

If you accidentally eat it, the first signs of poisoning will be nausea, accompanied by severe headache and fever. If you feel something like this after eating a mushroom dish, you should contact a doctor at this very moment!

One mushroom only is false, which accidentally fell into the fry, can deliver you a bunch of problems, and even send it straight to the hospital bed. So we once again allow ourselves to remind you of the basic rule of the mushroom picker: I'm not sure - do not take it! From one mushroom your basket is not empty, but you can save your life and health.

Remember that the poisonous mushroom we described can not be classified as very dangerous, but you can no longer recognize the eating of a pale toadstool .
