Director Adam Wingard will shoot the film "Godzilla vs. Kong"

King Kong and Godzilla again clash in a deadly battle, and this time they will have a decent referee. Adam Wingard, known for several low-budget horror films, begins work on a new story about the two most dangerous Hollywood monsters.

What is known about the film?

Recently released on the screens of "Kong: Skull Island" as it were hinted that soon a new fight will take place between two known monsters (recall, the film about this was already filmed in 1962). The director of the new film will be Adam Wingard.

We know him from the tape "The Blair Witch: The New Head", as well as the lesser known "You are the End!" And "Guest". The attitude of the public towards these low-budget paintings was rather negative, that's why Vingard immediately sets himself up to the fact that he will again face severe criticism. He even wrote a tweet of the appropriate content: "Some are already hinting to me that I will spoil Godzilla and King Kong."

However, the director of the last film about King Kong in his "Twitter" congratulated Wingard on the start of the new project: "I'm madly happy for Adam Wingard. I know that his vision of these monsters is no different from mine. It's a good choice".

While filming a new film has not yet begun. It is planned that "Godzila vs. Kong" will be released on big screens in 2020.
