Any designer has a moment when he begins to repeat, that is, an observer easily finds the same components in his different works when creating a site. This fact means that it is time for the designer to reconsider his creative philosophy and make an effort to find new inspiration.
Of course, if the designer constantly fulfills orders for the creation of a site that, by and large, does not differ from each other around the world, then he does not have a small field for maneuver. In addition, do not forget about the requirements of the customer, which are also regularly repeated. But web design is not, for example, a landscape design.
In web design, convenience for the average user plays a key role, and the user can be anyone: a pensioner, a student, a man, a woman, etc. All web design is on the structure of the site, that is, on its navigation. If the web developer has managed to implement the idea of convenient use of all the possibilities when creating a site, then on this basis an excellent design can already be considered as half completed.
A competently constructed and thought-out navigation structure on the site can be compared to the perfectly folded steel frame of the building under construction, which, in turn, is laid with a brick, adding architectural elements, that is, creating a design. Navigation elements (menus, links, etc.) should not "overload" the site with information. The customer should, at a minimum of words, convey to his potential customer his services, prices, locations, conditions and the benefits that the site visitor can finally decide on.
We see that the designer is very dependent on the previous stages and the creation of a website from which all the restrictions come out that make the creative person repeat: the customer's uncompromising demands, tight deadlines, ill-considered navigation and much more. The design of the site, has no limitations in creative ideas, but at the same time it should not lose the convenience of navigation.
