Daniil Mishin: biography and photos

Today, no one is surprised by the fact that representatives of Russian youth are able to put together a huge financial condition for themselves, doing business, and absolutely legal. And it would be erroneous to think that only the offspring of rich parents are prepared for a mission in the future to become managers of their own business.

In support of this, we can cite the success story of an ordinary guy from an average family. Who is he? Daniil Mishin is the owner of a host of hostels in Russia. His business brings him an annual profit of 60 million. Today he is a wealthy young man and is engaged in teaching his peers the basics of entrepreneurship in the hotel business. What is the success story of a young millionaire? Let's consider this issue in more detail.

Years of Childhood

Daniil Mishin is a native of Sevastopol. He was born on July 14, 1992 in the family of an officer of the Navy. Father, being retired, worked as a security guard, and his mother taught a foreign language at school.

Entrepreneurial veins of the boy manifested early enough: during breaks between lessons he successfully sold chocolate to his classmates and was not at all embarrassed about his occupation, since the potential profit for him was the main stimulus in his work. However, in addition to interest in entrepreneurship, the teenager had other hobbies. In particular, he was engaged in ballroom dancing and even took prizes in local competitions.

At the age of eleven, Daniil Mishin travels with his parents to Europe. In the German capital, he unexpectedly found that his financial resources were running out, and the prospect of staying without a lodging was realistic enough. And then the young man first learned about renting economy-class housing. For the last twenty dollars, Daniil Mishin rented a room in the hostel.

Fateful acquaintance

It should be noted that a young man from Sevastopol did not immediately find himself in the hotel business. Initially, he tried to engage in other areas of activity, in which and did not achieve obvious results.

He was both a real estate agent, a tour guide, a courier, and a financial analyst. But after a while Daniil Mishin, whose photo is presented in the article, gets acquainted with a businessman from Norway Robert Hansen, who told him about the prospects of opening his own mini-hotel. The foreigner taught the guy how the reservation system is arranged, how to search for clients, than to attract them.

First experience

Daniel caught fire with the idea of opening his own hostel. From relatives, the guy inherited a three-room apartment, and a novice businessman decided to convert her into a mini-hotel. He invested money in its development and in parallel with his studies began to devote time to a new business for himself. But the first guests appeared only after some time, since the establishment of Mishin only earned a client base.

In 2007, the young man received a certificate of maturity and successfully passed the exams to the Sevastopol branch of the Moscow Academy of Labor and Social Relations. However, studying in the university did not seduce the young man, and he decides to go to the capital to continue the career of the hotelier.

Business in Moscow

Arriving in a metropolis, Daniil Mishin, whose biography will be of interest to many young entrepreneurs, began to think about how to win a client in the largest city, where the rigid laws of competition reign. The young man realized that only through the ratio of low prices and acceptable quality, he can occupy a niche in the capital market.

Daniel offers his own brother, who lives in the capital, to invest finances in a new project and become a co-owner of the hostel. He agrees, and after a while on the street 4th Tverskaya-Yamskaya the mini-hotel "Olympia-1", designed for 28 guests starts working. The cost of the business amounted to one million rubles. Young people gave a tempting advertisement on the Internet, which said that in Moscow there was a cozy mini-hotel, offering for a small price an optimal service. Clean rooms were rented with quality repairs, and the most friendly staff served the customers.

Things are going uphill

After a while, the hotel business began to bring a good profit and Daniel Mishin (he was not yet a millionaire) is thinking about expanding his business. A young man sells his business in order to invest in a more respectable object for living.

In the spring of 2008, the opening of another hostel called "Olympia-2" will start. This institution already accommodated 30 people. The mini-hotel was equipped with a reception area, a guest kitchen and a minibar. Having spread this establishment, Daniil Mishin, whose hostel is in demand in the capital's hospitality market, invests free funds in a mini hotel, which is already located on Novy Arbat. The capacity of this property is 90 people. It would seem that it's time to enjoy the fruits of your work and live for your own pleasure, but the young man after some time invests money in an even larger project. In the fall of 2010, he opens a mini-hotel in the center of Moscow under the odious name of Buddy Bear Hostel, which is located on the Garden Ring. This institution could accommodate 240 people. Visitors were provided with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi. The rooms offered accessories for water procedures, a set of slippers, an ironing board.

Another similar institution Mishin opened on Zubovsky Boulevard. He plans to open hostels in all Russian cities, where the 2018 World Cup matches will take place.

Secret of success

Currently, the business of a young man is at the peak of his prosperity. Daniil Mishin created a whole network of hotels located near the central stations of the subway in Moscow. Daniel has a well-established business not only in Russia, but also in Ukraine. At the same time, it attracts customers with low cost of numbers, which is about 450-500 rubles per day. As a result, he gets a 90% occupancy rate in his hotels.

In achieving success, the young man was helped not only by intelligence, intelligence and enterprise, but also by excellent communication skills, as well as leadership qualities.

Daniil Mishin does not want to stop there and plans to organize a network of mini-hotels in the franchising system.

Confession

Despite the young years, the hotelier from Sevastopol has already won a prize in the International Youth Entrepreneurship Award (GSEA), which was organized in 2012 by businessman Sergey Vykhodtsev and the Moscow Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship.

In addition to Daniel in the finals of this competition came out six of his colleagues in the shop, who also in their younger years were able to earn fabulous financial status.

Future plans

At present, the young millionaire Daniil Mishin is focusing not only on expanding the geography of his business, but also on promoting the developed system of teaching entrepreneurship basics. He pays guest business today no more than 5 hours a week, and the current work is performed by the manager, the head of the sales department and the assistant. Mishin devotes his leisure time to studying new methods of building a business. In 2018, he intends to make a real revolution in hospitality and become unattainable for competitors. Daniel does his best to not stop at what has been achieved, and continues his self-development.
