Congratulations to graduates - a memory for life

I worked for many years as an organizer of events, so I know well that the end of the school year in good schools is very difficult for teachers. In addition to the USE, preparing a lot of documents, solving organizational and professional issues, they often have to puzzle over how to spend the graduation party.

I know from my own experience that the question of how to come up with original congratulations for school graduates takes a lot of time and nerves from the teachers. I'll try to share my own experience.

Over the years, I came to the idea that congratulations to graduates can be done ... by template. This does not mean that every year everything goes the same. Unchanged in my lyceum there was only the general scheme of the holiday. It was this scheme that forced graduates and other students to look forward to when the solemn moment came, which congratulations were prepared for the graduates this year?

Traditional in our lyceum was the newspaper "My Childhood ...". We collected children's photos of our schoolchildren, inventing funny quatrains for them, commenting on the plot. Such a newspaper never hung for longer than 2-3 days: it was literally disassembled. The opportunity to look at my classmates as a child was a great pleasure for the whole school.

The second traditional moment, which we always used, preparing congratulations to graduates - comic medals and diplomas. Nominations changed every year. Especially important, I thought to mention those guys, who are now called outsiders. We know that even the most modest and inconspicuous person has many virtues. That's why they tried to note them with comical diplomas and medals.

So one of our students, who had difficulty communicating with his classmates for various reasons, received a medal "For the most reserved character". The boy blossomed with joy, and fellow practitioners finally paid attention to him. By the way, later I learned that from that day it began his rapprochement with classmates, and today, 8 years later, the guys continue to closely associate. Now families.

The next tradition, which we never refused, preparing congratulations for graduates, is the predictions of their future. It was held every year differently. Sometimes a "gypsy woman" would come, sometimes they would guess the daisy or see "prophetic dreams". The main thing in such congratulations is the positive attitude of schoolchildren for the future.

A boy well versed in mathematics, we predicted the career of "Doctor of Universal Sciences", the first beauty of the school prophesied the career of "Miss Planet". Absolutely every graduate (even when there were 78 in one of the issues) received such a prediction. And I know for sure that many of them still keep them. Just as a good reminder of the school.

My most favorite moment of the Last School Bell was the mutual congratulations of the 11th grade graduates and the graduates of the primary school. Verses for such congratulations were composed by high school students themselves. They, calling the kids by name, recognized their right to take their place in high school, handed them the "symbols" of the continuity of school life.

So Artyom, who had been scolded for a few years for his addiction to seeds, passed a package with them to a bugger from the third class, and Botan handed his own glasses to his younger brother. Footballers passed the ball with their autographs, women of fashion - exaggerated lipsticks and three-liter cans of perfume. At first we thought that it was difficult to understand such congratulations to elementary school graduates, but time showed that we were wrong: they understand everything perfectly and look forward to the "transfer of power".

Preparing congratulations for the graduates, we never forgot about the teachers whose children finished school. Usually, at the graduation party, we presented to parents-teachers "Certificates with Honors". Among the items there were "Patience", "Courage", "Knowledge of all subjects", etc. These items also changed yearly.

Naturally, both on Graduation and on the line devoted to the Last Bell, we sang songs of our own composition about teachers, subjects, pupils. We read poetry, danced, released balls and white pigeons into the sky. In a word, we tried to do everything to make our children remember the feeling of joy from the last school holiday for the rest of their lives.
