Fill the tartlets, decorate with parsley. On 200 g of raw carrots you need 2 cloves of garlic, 50 g of mayonnaise, 50 g of kernels of walnuts, salt and sugar to taste.

Filling for tartlets with mushrooms. Mushrooms fry in oil with onions. Eggs boiled finely chopped. Mushrooms, eggs and canned green peas mix, season with mayonnaise. Grate the cheese on the grater. Filling for tartlets with salmon. Slightly salted salmon, finely chopped dill, rubbed soft cream cheese to mix, rub the same frozen butter. All well shake in a blender. Fill the tartlets, decorate with greens. For this filling, one hundred grams of salmon, cheese and butter will be required.
