"Chlorophyllipt" has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effect. This antiseptic drug is available in the form of alcohol and oil solution, tablets intended for resorption in the oral cavity, as well as spray. It is effective against staphylococci - even against those that are resistant to antibiotics. In addition, the drug "Chlorophyllipt" stimulates the regeneration of tissues, promotes early healing of wounds, excretion of toxins from the body and increase of oxygen content in tissues. The active substance in it is an extract of chlorophyllipt - a mixture of chlorophylls, which are obtained from the leaves of eucalyptus. Thus, this drug is a preparation of organic origin, having a complex composition.

"Chlorophyllipt" alcohol (1%, 0.25%) is used in the treatment of diseases caused by staphylococci, and septic conditions, including postpartum and postoperative; With the carriage of staphylococci in the intestine. In the latter case, it is prescribed not only inward, but also in the form of enemas, which are put every three days: for their preparation, a 1% solution (20 ml) is diluted in a liter of water. In total, no less than ten such procedures should be carried out. Inside the "Chlorophyllipt" alcohol (the instruction emphasizes this) are taken only divorced, three times a day. Chlorophyllipt extract can cause allergic reactions. To avoid such situations, a special test is performed in any dosage form before using the drug. The drug is successfully used in the treatment of erosions of the cervix: its channel is lubricated with undiluted alcohol solution or prescribed to the patient for syringing. In the latter case the product is diluted with water - 15 ml per 1 liter. The number of procedures and the duration of the course are determined by the physician individually, depending on the indications. Burns and trophic ulcers are treated using an alcohol solution "Chlorophyllipt" in a mixture with 0.25% novocaine (1: 5). To facilitate the patient's condition with laryngitis and pharyngitis, rinses with "Chlorophyllipt" will help: for their preparation 15 drops of solution are diluted in a glass of water. The throat is rinsed four times a day.

The interaction of this drug with other drugs has not yet been studied, there is no information on this. It is known only that when combined with hydrogen peroxide, "Chlorophyllipt" alcohol forms a precipitate. Therefore, wounds or trophic ulcers should be rinsed from the peroxide residues with sterile saline solution before applying the solution of "Chlorophyllipt".

In especially severe cases, an intravenous infusion of 0.25% alcohol solution of the drug may be administered to the patient. With pneumonia and sepsis, it is injected (four times a day), with acute abscesses of the lungs - drip (twice a day), previously diluted with a sterile solution of sodium chloride. The course of treatment is 4-5 days. The drug is used to wash the purulent cavities through the drainage tube, diluting with a solution of procaine.

As a rule, "Chlorophyllipt" is well tolerated by patients. Contraindications to the use of the drug, in addition to heightened sensitivity to its active ingredient, are pregnancy and lactation. "Chlorophyllipt" alcohol of any concentration is not prescribed for children under 12 years: for their treatment, use only an oily solution or tablets. Spray "Chlorophyllipt" is contraindicated in children up to the age of two.
