Canned cucumbers in tomato juice - decoration of any festive table.

Prepare cucumbers in tomato in several ways. Salting with the use of tomato for quick use is prepared in three-liter cans. For this amount, one and a half kilograms of cucumbers, one and a half liters of freshly prepared tomato juice, sixty grams of table salt, five cloves of garlic, a small bunch of fresh dill and a small twig of tarhuna will be required. Canned and washed cucumbers fill a clean steamed jar. Tomato is boiled, adding salt, greens and garlic. The cooled jar is filled with a jar of vegetables and capped with a plastic lid. Within five days, cucumbers in tomato juice are insisted in the refrigerator. Tomato filling and spices give the vegetables a wonderful taste. Cucumbers in tomato juice, cooked in this way, are not suitable for long-term storage.

Cucumbers in tomato juice for the winter are prepared by a method of sterilization. Vegetables for long-term storage are prepared in three-liter jars. One kilo of fresh cucumbers is taken for one container, one or one and a half liters of freshly prepared tomato, salt and sugar, thirty grams each. Nerishney in this harvest will be green. It is enough to put three sprigs of tarragon, dill and celery. In order to give sharpness, add spices and garlic. It is enough to put six peas and a few laurel leaves on a jar.

If you reduce the amount of spices, cucumber in tomato juice will turn out to be less acute.

The way of preparation of a preparation is simple enough. Vegetables are thoroughly washed and lightly dried. Before laying down on the bottom of the can, lay herbs and all the garlic, after which the container is filled with cucumbers. Tomato is brought to a boil. Add sugar, salt and spices to the boiling pour. With boiled juice pour prepared cans with vegetables. Covering the jars with lids, put them in a container for sterilization. The time of sterilization of three-liter cans is twenty minutes. After sterilizing, the jars are immediately sealed, then they are turned over with a neck. In an inverted position, they remain until completely cooled.

Cucumbers in tomato juice, in contrast to traditional pickled or pickled vegetables, have a piquant taste. The advantage of such vegetable billets lies in the fact that, in addition to the gorgeous crispy cucumbers, a tomato filling is obtained, which can be used to make all kinds of sauces.
