Cake with dried apricots: a recipe for every taste

Dried apricots - a source of calcium, carotene, potassium, acids of organic, iron, vitamins. Beneficial effect on the work of the heart, on the immune system, increases the level of hemoglobin. It is best to prepare the filling of dried apricots, dried without soaking in syrup (natural way), for example, Uzbek.

Very fast and very tasty. Preparation will take only a few minutes and not more than half an hour in the oven.

Ingredients: lavash (one, thin), sour cream (0,5 l), flour (35-50 g), eggs (2 pcs.), Sugar (half a glass), dried apricots (250-350 g).

Preparation. Dried apricots. Shake eggs with sour cream, flour and sugar. Tear the pita into two parts (equal). On one of these halves put 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture and spread on the pita bread. Put it in the form (d = 20 cm). Top lay the second half, on it - dried apricots (whole, you can cut). The edges of the first and second half bend up, laying them directly on the filling and pour the remaining mass.

We close the foil shape and put it in the oven (temperature 190-220 degrees). After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake it for another 5 minutes.

The cake turns out to be very delicate and really tasty, with sweet, crunchy crumbs.

Ingredients: one and a half cup dried apricots, one and a half glasses of water, 2/3 packets of oil, a glass of sugar, two glasses of flour, an egg.

Let's start preparing a sand pie with dried apricots from the filling. Rinse the dried apricots in a saucepan and cook, adding a half cup of water until softened. All the contents of the saucepan are transferred to a blender (the resulting syrup after cooking) and whisk. If the filling seems acidic to you, you can add sugar to it.

Now it's the test case. We mix the warm oil with sugar, egg and flour. The speed of the mixer is the smallest. Mix until you get a fatty crumb (do not overdo it).

Dough (2/3) put in a mold with non-stick coating (if there is no such shape, oil the sheet of baking paper, put it in the form, and then spread the dough). The dough should be spread evenly, but in no case do not crush. Carefully lay out the filling. Spill the remaining dough over the filling. Bake at a standard temperature (190-200 degrees) for 35 minutes.

Perhaps, here comes the name "Sweet good". This pie is prepared with dried apricots and prunes, with the addition of oatmeal.

Ingredients: half a glass of flour, a bag of baking powder (see the bag for the dosage itself), a glass of sugar (it will be much more delicious if you divide this volume in half: sugar with honey), a glass of Hercules flakes, a pinch of salt, juice of two oranges, a third of a glass Vegetable oil (can be replaced with margarine), two eggs, a glass of sour cream and a selection of sliced dried fruits (dried apricots with prunes).

Preparation. Mix egg whiskers, add a little sugar, sour cream, salt, butter (margarine), juice, flour, flakes. Dried fruits can be added directly to the dough, and can be sprinkled on top.

Bake, as in previous recipes.

Yeast dough with "assorted" stuffing. If you are not a fan of semi-finished products, you can use the example of preparation of the test specified in this recipe. If you do not have time and desire to mess with such a test - buy in the store.

Ingredients for the filling: 400 g dried fruits (you can take only dried apricots, but it will be much tastier if you take apricot, pear, apple, prunes in equal proportions), egg, half a glass of sugar, vanilla (or cinnamon, at your discretion).

Ingredients for the dough: two eggs, a pinch of salt, two thirds of a glass of sugar, 1/2 liter of milk, a full tablespoon of yeast (dry), flour.

First we prepare the dough. We beat eggs with salt and sugar, add milk, three glasses of flour sifted and mixed with yeast and mix. Leave in a warm place until the volume increases (two or three times), again we mix it and again let the test "ferment". Spread on the table with sifted flour, knead the dough. Separate 5/6 of the dough and lay out, leveling, on a baking tray or in a baking dish (the cake will turn out great, so choose a large shape). Do not forget to pre-form the paper with oil-soaked paper.

The filling is prepared from dried apricots (or assorted): dried fruits, dried and let go through a meat grinder. Add some vanilla. We beat the egg, mix it with dried fruit and sugar.

We spread the filling into the mold on the dough. The remaining dough is used for decoration (to make it more beautiful, grease with whipped egg).

Bake, as in the previous recipe (after the pie "fits" directly in the form), not less than forty minutes. Readiness can be determined by puncturing a match (there should not be a test on the match).
