Briefly About Virtual Atts From Sendmycall - Modern Solution For Forwarding Incoming Phone Calls

SendMyCall presents the simplest, most useful and flexible solution for managing the forwarding of incoming phone calls - a virtual PBX. The system allows you to control the forwarding of calls to virtual numbers.
Virtual PBX can be used both at home and at work - this is your personal telephone exchange. The main features of the virtual PBX control panel:

  • Receiving calls from one or more local numbers
  • Forwarding of calls to an IP-telephony subscriber or any phone number
  • Playback of voice messages to the caller
  • Direct calls to additional numbers
  • Forwarding the call to the voicemail box
  • Forwarding a voice message to specified e-mail addresses
  • From configured virtual numbers, you can access the free line signal
  • Receiving faxes and sending to an email address
  • Conferences

Basics of working with the virtual PBX panel
You can visually and quickly configure the virtual PBX through the web interface, simply dragging objects from the palette to the desktop and connecting them. The result is a call forwarding scheme. In a virtual PBX, the following components are distinguished:

  • Palette - panel with existing objects
  • Object is an element with a given function or set of functions
  • Desktop - the space on which objects are assembled into a schema
  • Cables serve to connect objects to each other
  • The basket is used to delete objects from the desktop

When you start a virtual PBX, the user sees the palette in the upper left corner, the cart in the lower right corner, and the desktop that occupies the entire screen.
The palette lists all types of objects used when creating the redirection scheme. To use a specific object, drag it from the palette to the desktop.
Cables connect objects on the desktop into a logic circuit. The cable can be created by clicking on the right connector of the object. After that, the cable will be attached to the mouse pointer on the entire desktop. To connect the cable to the second object, you need to set the mouse pointer on the left connector of the second object and click on it.
Especially important are the cables when connecting the voice menu to other objects. Each of the cables corresponds to an additional number, which is displayed in a circle on the cable. This helps to understand how the call is forwarded. You can change the additional number by clicking on the cable number, then enter a new value.
You can disconnect the cable by hovering the cursor over it and holding it until the color changes, then click on it. After that, the cable can be connected to another object. To remove the cable, click on it one more time.
The recycle bin is used to delete objects from the desktop. It is necessary to drag any object into the basket and release it.
