You need a little milk and cottage cheese. Five teaspoons of milk should be mixed with one spoon of cottage cheese, mixed and applied to the skin of the breast. You can also grate the cucumber and grease the skin on it. Applying compresses the first couple of times, you need to massage the chest gently , slightly lifting it up.
