Beautiful and tasty tartlets with cheese

And now we start to prepare tartlets with cheese: in a cup we fall asleep a flour, we add salt, chopped oil, one egg and we mix well. The finished dough is cooled in the refrigerator. Cheese and tomatoes are cut into medium cubes. We chop fresh fresh herbs. Whip the eggs with eggs, add salt and pepper.

Roll out the chilled dough on the table, cut out small circles and put them into the molds, pre-lubricating them with oil. In several places we make punctures and spread out greens, cubes of tomatoes and cheese. Fill the filling with egg whipped cream and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees.

We bake tartlets with cheese until golden brown. We get out of the oven, let it cool down a bit and carefully take it out of the molds. Tartlets with cheese can be served warm and cold. As a decoration, you can put a twig of fresh greens.

Tartlets with cheese and salmon

Necessary products: a slice of salted salmon, a piece of soft cheese, 100 grams of butter, fresh greens.

For tartlets: a bag of breadcrumbs, one egg, a small piece of butter, two tablespoons of water, a pinch of salt.

Preparation

Frozen oil rubbed on a grater. We cut the salmon into cubes. Greenery is crushed. Now we put all the ingredients in a blender and mix to a homogeneous mass or pass through a meat grinder.
Tartlets are filled with stuffing, decorated with fresh herbs and served to the table.

Tartlets with cheese and garlic

Necessary ingredients: a large onion, a slice of ham, red sweet pepper, two pickled cucumber, three cloves of garlic, 200 grams of melted cheese, a glass of yogurt, six ready tartlets, six olives, a sprig of basil, white pepper, salt.

Preparation

Onions are cleaned and finely chopped. We cut the ham into cubes. Pepper is washed, we remove the core with seeds and cut into thin strips. Marinated cucumbers cut into small cubes. Garlic is cleaned and let through garlic.
Cheese well kneaded with a fork, combine with all the sliced products, sprinkle with pepper, salt and mix. Now pour in yogurt and mix again. The resulting mixture is laid out in tartlets, decorated with basil and olive rings.

Tartlets with caviar and cheese

We will need: one jar of red caviar, ready tartlets, two processed cheese, a can of mayonnaise, one clove of garlic and fresh herbs.

Preparation

Cheese finely grate on the grater, before it is cooled in the refrigerator, so it better rubs. Garlic crushed, add mayonnaise, grated cheese and mix well. We spread the stuffing into the tartlets and put red caviar on top.
On a wide dish lay out lettuce leaves, then ready tartlets and decorate with twigs of greenery.
