Bagels with jam - simple homemade pastry made from dough, which is loved not only by children, but also by adults. We can offer several options for making excellent and fast desserts.

Bagels with jam "Butter"

For the preparation of dessert you will need: a packet of butter, two glasses of flour, one hundred grams of fatty milk, a small spoonful of dry yeast, one egg, a vanilla packet, a large spoonful of vegetable oil and two sugar. The amount of filling (jam) is determined according to one's own taste.

It is necessary to heat the milk to a warm but not hot state. Add sugar and yeast to it. Beat the egg with vegetable oil, adding vanillin. In a separate bowl, grind the butter with the sifted flour, rinsing it to the state of small crumbs. Next, add the milk and egg mixture, mix a very steep dough. Cover it with food film, leave for half an hour.

After a while, you can start cooking. To do this, the dough is divided into four equal parts, each of which is rolled in the form of a circle about four millimeters thick. Each piece is cut into eight pieces, put on a large part of a small amount of filling. Screw in the form of a bagel or a beautiful envelope. Put the items on a baking sheet, sprinkled with flour. Place them in a heated to two hundred degrees oven and cook for half an hour. Bagels with jam can be dipped first in melted butter, and then into powdered sugar. Serve recommended cold, as the filling will be very, very hot.

Shortbread can be cooked very simply and quickly, since yeast is not used in it. It should be mixed until the fat is absorbed into the flour.

To prepare the dough, you need a glass of fatty sour cream, a pack of butter, a quarter cup of sugar and about a kilogram of flour. As a filling, you can use thick jam (plum, apple, quince, etc.).

In a bowl we sift the wheat flour, we make a large depression in the center. We pour melted butter into it, add sugar and sour cream. All components are mixed with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

The temperature in the oven should be no more than two hundred degrees.

While bagels with jam are prepared, you can make an ice-cream. To do this, mix two large spoons of cocoa powder with half a cup of sugar. Then pour in gradually four large spoons of hot milk. The mixture is heated, constantly stirring, so that the sugar is completely dissolved. Bring it to a boil, turn off the heat and put two large spoons of creamy softened butter.

Each bagel is dipped in the glaze and left for an hour.
