Baby bottles are the rules of choice

Baby bottles for feeding are the first dishes of a small person. They come in all kinds of design, capacity and material from which they are made.

Baby bottles can be silicone, glass and plastic.

Most often for the production of glass containers, its refractory types are used. They are not afraid of exposure to high temperatures, but they can break from a strong impact. Glass baby bottles are easier to keep clean and their service life is longer than for plastic or silicone analogues. The only drawback is a significant weight.

Plastic baby bottles are made of high-strength and safe polycarbonate plastic. They are quite light and practical to use. In addition, they can withstand high temperatures of up to 120 degrees.

Silicone baby bottles are made from high quality silicone. They are resistant to shock and can withstand boiling, but tend to stain.

Baby bottles in shape are anti-coil, figured, with a wide neck and standard. Each of these species has its own characteristics.

Anti-crayon bottles are made of plastic, which has a peculiar curved shape. During feeding, the baby does not swallow the air that has accumulated in the bottle, so the probability of colic is minimized.

Figured bottles are also made of plastic and have a variety of shapes - from round to oblong. A hole located in the middle allows the baby to comfortably hold it in small handles.

Bottles with a wide neck are made of both silicone and plastic. They are more convenient to pour out porridge or mixture, and also to wash. They are more stable and the probability of their overturning is small.

Bottles of classical or standard shape are made of plastic and glass. They often have an elongated, narrow shape.

Bottles for feeding can have a different capacity - from 80 to 330 ml. Thanks to the scale located on the side, the volume of cooked food for the baby is easier to dose, and it is also easier to determine the amount of cereal or mixture eaten by the baby. For a newborn, it is more preferable to choose a bottle with a capacity of 125 ml, and for a six-month-old baby, a more capacious (about 260 ml) is more suitable.

To date, you can find more modern analogs, which are equipped with a temperature indicator of the finished mixture. They are quite convenient and practical to use, especially for newly-made parents.

How to sterilize baby bottles?

First of all, remember that they must be washed immediately after use. First of all, unscrew the lid and remove the nipple. Wash the components of the bottle under a stream of running water using a specially designed brush for these purposes. Place the clean pacifier, lid and bottle in a deep saucepan and add water (you need to achieve full immersion). Boil the bottles should be at least five to seven minutes. After that, place them on a clean towel and cover with gauze.

It is important to remember that accessories for baby feeding should be stored and kept in perfect purity. If any slightest defects are found in the form of chips or cracks, it is necessary to replace the bottle with a new one.
