General information about the medicinal product

The Koraxan tablets are a preparation that slows down the heart rate. pharmachologic effect

Coracsan analogs, as well as the preparation itself, regulate the heart rate by selective and specific inhibition of the IF channels of the sinus node, which also controls spontaneous diastolic depolarization. The active active substance of this agent acts on the atrioventricular and intraventricular conduction pathways, as well as on ventricular repolarization and myocardial contractility.

Among other things, ivabradine hydrochloride can interact with the retinal IF-channels, similar to cardiac IF channels, which participate in the onset of temporary changes in visual perception. However, the main pharmacological feature of this substance is the ability to reduce the heart rate.
