To get a classic soft jelly, you need the following ingredients: zhelix - 1 pack, 1 liter of juice, sugar is added to taste. The resulting mass is cooked for 3-5 minutes. To check how well the jelly freezes, you need to dip a spoon and see if it drains from her. If so, add a thickener or a few drops of citric acid and boil again.

Jam - a sweet blank for the winter

Preserving an unforgettable taste of summer berries, you can prepare for the winter a fragrant jam with jellyfik. To taste was especially delicate and delicate, you can add citrus notes to it. To prepare such a treat you will need:

  • Orange - 2 pieces;
  • Lemon - 1 piece;
  • Berries of gooseberry - 2 liters;

Back in the old days, they liked marmalade, which, according to tradition, was cooked from apples. It is very tasty and easy to prepare dessert. It is made from the calculation of 1 kg of apples, 1 kg of granulated sugar and zhelix (recipes with it, as always, are simple and original). At the first stage apples are cleaned, cut into halves and baked in the oven for 30 minutes.
