Features of the menu on the spaceship

Today, the two superpowers (Russia and the United States) have concluded a contract on a parity basis, through which food is delivered on board. The Cosmonaut Training Center in the two countries is tasting, only then the product is included in the astronaut's diet. They were asked to evaluate the product on a 10-point scale. If the "cosmic" scored five or less points, then it is no longer delivered to the ship. Scientists-nutritionists pay much attention to cosmonauts who will fly for the first time.
