The child is born, grows, and along with his growth, the level of mastery of the mother rises - from the cap for the newborn to the stylish headdress for the teenager. In principle, any form you can help to implement knitting.

Caps for children can be:

- Summer: Panamas, kerchiefs with visors, caps, bandanas, etc. Yarn of cotton or linen is suitable for their execution;

- Winter. For their execution, a pure wool or artificial yarn, as well as one that includes fur, is suitable;

Any knitted product should start correctly with the calculation of loops. To do this, create a control sample 10 cm by 10 cm and calculate the number of loops a and rows b in it.

1. We knit a children's cap "Kettle".

This is the simplest version of the cap. We dial (A / 10 * a + 2) loops, where A - the circumference of the child's head. We knit the facial surface (in the front side - with facial loops, the wrong side with the back loops) In cm (where B is the measure from the earlobe to the top of the baby) and 5 more rows. Then loops from the needle with a needle are transferred to the thread in two additions. The cloth is slightly stripped or moistened and dried in the unfolded form. After this, we fold the front side inward and sew the seam "over the edge" or we crochet the "chain". Slightly steal the seam. We tighten the loops tightly with a thread and fasten them tightly, cut them and hide them in the cloth of the "tail". Due to the face knitting, the lower edge of the cap will be wrapped in a roll, in addition it can still be fastened, having caught in several places from the wrong side with a thread. To make a cap more fun you can embroider any motif, sewing applique or simply taking for knitting yarn, painted sectional in bright colors.

2. We knit a children's cap "Kettle". The second option.

We complicate the technique. We knit on the circular knitting needles. We type A / 10 * a loops and we knit in a circle the face loops as many rows, as in the first variant. The cap will be the same, but without the occipital suture.

3. We knit a children's hat "Leaf".

We begin to knit this hat, just like the "Kettle" cap (in any way). We perform 1/3 of the required height of the future product, then we start decreasing. To do this, evenly on the width in each second row, we remove 6 loops, tying 2 loops together with the front one. At a height of B cm from the beginning of knitting, 13 pips should remain on the knitting needles (if you see that there is more, do a reduction in each row). We impose 6 items (or, if you knit on circular knitting needles, just fold in half) and put the work in half. Then we translate all the work loops onto the additional spoke, taking them off one by one and then the other. The main spokes on all the hinges are fastened to 2 hinges of the front. Face smoothness on 7 loops we knit a leg 3-4 cm. Then, according to any scheme you like, we untangle the leaf itself. We steal, then dry the work. If you knit on two spokes, fill the seam and steam it. It remains to tie a leaf with a knot. All.

4. We knit a children's hat "Bunny".

We knit the cap in the same way as "Leaflet", but we finish the reduction when there are 14 loops left on the spokes. We divide them in half. 7 loops we transfer to the auxiliary pin and leave it to work. On the remaining 7 loops we knit a leg with a height of 3 cm, and then an elongated not laced leaf - this will be our future ear. Similarly we knit the second eyelet. The work is stripped and dried. We perform the occipital suture, if necessary. Ears tie a knot to beautifully stick out. If desired, they can be additionally starched.
