UAZ 3153. Overview

UAZ 3153 is a cross-country vehicle (all-terrain vehicle) intended for passenger and cargo transportation. For the first time this car was introduced in late 1996 by the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant. This version was created on the basis of UAZ 31514. Differences consist in an elongated base of 38 centimeters. Now its length is 2 m 76 cm. The length of this car is 4 m 51 cm, width - 2 m 1 cm, height - 2 m 2 cm. Body is long, all-metal, five-door. Thanks to this, nine passenger seats can fit in the passenger compartment. This makes the UAZ 3153 quite practical.

This SUV is simple and very inexpensive to maintain. Most units are designed to be repaired in the field. Important and the fact that the UAZ 3153 is designed for use at an ambient temperature from minus forty-five to plus forty degrees (manufacturer's data). And thus the driver of this car can move not only on roads of the general using, but also on serious impassability.

The appearance of the UAZ 3153 has been improved due to the rear and front bumpers made of plastic and kengurin (front protective arches). If desired, the car can be equipped with plastic overlays on the wings and thresholds, a plastic panel on the radiator grille, a headlamp cleaner and a sunroof. The UAZ 3153 is equipped with a four-cylinder carburetor engine with a volume of 2.9 liters. And a power of ninety-eight horsepower. But for an additional fee, you can install a 5-speed manual transmission and a rear cardan transmission with an intermediate support.
