Specialists say that after fifty-five years, milk consumption should be limited to one or two glasses a day. The cause is atherosclerosis, to which people in old age are most exposed. Myristic acid, contained in milk, promotes the gradual accumulation of lipoproteins in the body, which leads to the development of this disease. Some people simply do not tolerate the milk antigen "A". As a result, there may be a skin rash, itching, and in serious cases, even the development of an attack of bronchial asthma. If you know about such a reaction of your body to this product, the best solution is to completely exclude it from the diet.
