Sketches from the past and present are constantly changing each other throughout the film. This picture is not an acute dynamic plot, but rather an atmosphere, moods, metaphors and hidden parallels. Work on the scenario of the picture Mikhalkov began in 2010 together with Vladimir Moiseenko.
