Biography

Selena Quintanilla-Peres was born on 04/16/1971 in the east of Texas in the city of Lake Leucson, located in the resort zone of the Gulf of Mexico. She was the youngest child in the family of Marcella Ophelia and Abraham Quintanilla. In her veins, the blood of the Spanish conquistadors and the Cherokee Indians was boiling.

Tragedy
