The secret of fabric manufacturing and cultivation of silkworm was kept in the strictest secrecy, those trying to take out the secret outside of China were subjected to the death penalty. But nevertheless, the larvae of the miraculous caterpillar have been deceived into Byzantium. Later silk spread all over the world. This fabric was always considered very expensive and was valued for its weight in gold, often used in trade as a currency. Only rich and noble people could afford to buy silk fabric and enjoy products made of this material. Over time, China lost its monopoly on the production of amazing fabrics, but managed to keep the secret and uniqueness of silk silk embroidery. The masters of this technique still create unique masterpieces. The European production of silk fabrics began to form around the 15th century, and a century later it was fully established.

And draperies are simply elegant, and this property is used to create home textiles, as finished products look rich and are an ornament of the interior, its highlight.
