One of the most famous is the ashberry tincture. The recipe is not too complicated, but before I open it, I would like to say a few words about the ingredients. Most often do this drink on vodka. And this is understandable, since mountain ash balances the smell of vodka with its natural aroma, giving it an original pleasant smell and unique taste.

I want to note that not only a pleasant taste is a rowan tincture. The recipe of this drink contains some secrets, thanks to which the initial product has also healing properties. It is necessary to comply with all the tips and stages of the cooking process, so that not only a tasty but also a healthy drink turns out. How to prepare a mountain ash tincture?

The recipe is that this drink is prepared by special cold infusion. In this process, vodka (or alcohol) is saturated with those aromatic substances that are inherent in mountain ash. Because of this, the taste of the drink changes. So, now we can consider directly the process of making such a drink, as a rowan tincture.

The recipe is the first. The first thing you need to select the large berries, which it is desirable to collect after freezing. Then the taste of the drink will be even more original. The berries must be separated from the stems, after which they should be rinsed in iced water and dried. Then ripen the rowan on the baking sheet and dry it in the oven. The main thing here is not to overdo it. Recipe of ashberry tincture has one secret. Vodka, before you use the preparation of tinctures, you need to clean it well. The best way is to use activated carbon.

How is the cleaning done? Just. Activated charcoal (the more, the better) you need to put on a bandage, folded in half and cover the top with a bandage. The filter will be obtained. Through it you need to pass the vodka, slowly pouring the contents into the bottle. It is important to remember: after this, it should stick a little. After three weeks, the beverage should be filtered, bottled, then tightly screwed.

I would like to talk about a drink, like a rowan tincture on cognac. Thanks to an exquisite combination of tart berries and a noble drink, a tincture with a unique taste is obtained. For cooking, you need 400 grams of berries, half a liter of cognac, a pinch of vanillin and a tablespoon of sugar. Rowan must be crushed with a mortar, put in a bowl, where it will be prepared. Sugar should be warmed to brown and mixed with berries. After that, all you need to pour brandy and give the drink to infuse for three weeks. Then you need to strain it through gauze and add vanillin. It turns out a very tasty and fragrant drink.
