Port of Serpukhov as an image of Russian river navigation

In the southern part of the Moscow region, a hundred kilometers from Moscow, the city of Serpukhov is located. History of the port

Serpukhov's port takes its beginning more than 100 years ago. In the years of foundation, even before the revolution, the port consisted of only 7 ships - 4 passenger and 4 tugboats.

It was the peak of passenger transportation by water.

In the 90s the port was included in the Moscow River Shipping Company.

At the moment, the port includes 2 piers - Serpukhov and Kaluga, ship repair yards, a yacht club and a technical site.
