Kilogram of pork cut into medium pieces, put on a hot frying pan and fry until a crust appears on high heat. After putting the meat in a saucepan, pour boiling water, add salt and spices, put on medium heat.

A pair of Bulgarian peppers (better colorful, so the dish will be more beautiful) cut into half rings, send to a pan with meat and mix, add a small can of tomato paste (gram 200).

Three bulbs to chop in half rings and send to fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil, there also grate on a fine grater or pass through the crush four cloves of garlic. Once the onion is fried, throw it into a saucepan.

All together stewed for 30 minutes. Ready dish should be served with potatoes and decorate with greens.

The recipe is for four pots. Take the thawed pork tenderloin and cut into small cubes.

Kilogram - one and a half potatoes are cleaned and also cut into cubes with a diameter of about a centimeter.

Then everything is divided into four equal parts by the number of pots and stacked in layers. The first layer is meat. Be sure to salt it and add any spices, you can take the national teams "For meat".

The second layer is the onion. You need a pair of medium-sized bulbs, not too finely chopped.

The third layer - potatoes, also salt and season.

The fourth layer is mayonnaise. About 200 grams of sauce mix with four cloves of garlic and spread evenly in pots over potatoes.

The last fifth layer is a lot of cheese, so that it completely covers the mayonnaise.

Put in a preheated oven, the food will be prepared for 40-40 minutes.

There are disadvantages in this meat, pork meat dishes are very fat, so dieticians do not recommend eating them daily, otherwise it can simply lead to obesity. And obesity affects the work of the whole organism, which leads to various kinds of diseases. And once again - special attention should be paid to cooking and roasting meat until ready.
