Mortar unit: description, specifications and diagrams

What is a solution knot is known to every specialist in the field of construction. For consumers, it is an opportunity to get a fresh solution next to the building site. For entrepreneurs it is a profitable business, where demand is high enough.

Description of different types of solution nodes

To date, there are two types of solution nodes:

  • Stationary;
  • Mobile.

The first is a technological chain, which is organized in close proximity to large-scale production of reinforced concrete products. They are focused on the production of certain grades of mixtures.

With regard to mobile options, they are used at the site of construction works, they can be rented. There are also semi-stationary nodes that can be partially dismantled and moved within the site.

Description of the solution nodes on the basis of the principle of operation

The mortar knot can also be classified according to the peculiarities of the technology of mixture preparation. According to her, such mini-plants are divided into cyclic settings and those that provide continuous action. In the first case, we are talking about aggregates that prepare concrete in separate batches. This indicates that the components can be re-loaded after the mixer has been released.

Installations of continuous action allow you to get a larger volume of solution for a certain time. This is due to the fact that the supply, subsequent mixing and unloading of the solution are carried out in parallel. As a minus of such installations there is a lack of possibility of fast switching of the device on manufacturing of mixes of different brands. In addition, the solution does not always turn out stable at the outlet.

A mortar knot can also be classified according to seasonality of use. Some mini-plants can be operated only in the summer, others - all year round. Winter modifications are used for the year-round production of the solution. They have a heat-insulated cladding and have heating systems. However, even such designs are characterized by a nearly twofold decrease in productivity in the cold time, due to the enormous amount of time spent on heating the components of the mixture.

Specifications

The mortar unit consists of several modules, among them:

  • Mixer hopper;
  • Containers with strain gauges and dispensers;
  • A tank with a filtration system and water;
  • Control block.

To ensure full-fledged work, the node must have transport modules, namely:

  • Clamshell lifts;
  • Conveyors;
  • Skip lifts.

Without the presence of tanks for loading and storing dry components, as well as vibrating machines, auxiliary machinery and services, the mortar unit remains a conventional concrete mixing plant. When choosing a mortar-concrete unit, it is necessary to pay attention to the main technical characteristics, among which capacity and productivity.

Mini-factories are capable of producing about 10-25 m 3 of concrete per hour. If we are talking about standard installations, they will issue 400 m 3 / h. The characteristics of the working elements can be different, therefore, when ordering, it is important to pay attention to the following parameters:

  • Number of containers;
  • Volume of tanks;
  • Availability of dosage units;
  • Type of mixing hopper.

As for the number of containers, they will be filled with fillers of different fractions.

Description of the solution-salt unit

The solution-salt unit is intended for the preparation of solutions with different specific gravities. The composition should be free from insoluble impurities of suspended particles that would be harmful to the oil reservoir. Such plants are used to produce liquids that are used for muffling wells.

Nodes operate in a semi-automatic mode, and operability is provided by the presence of maintenance personnel. The equipment is equipped with flow meters and instrumentation, which allows you to monitor the cooking process visually and remotely.

Preparation of solutions

Preparation of solutions on concrete-mortar knots is carried out by a certain technology. It may involve the use of a continuous or volumetric dosing principle. The accuracy of dosing for cement is 2%, for water 1%, for lime milk 0.5%. As for sand, the accuracy in this case can vary depending on its humidity in the range from 1 to 3.5%.

For the dispensing of sand, a belt dispenser is used, cement is used for cement. The liquid is supplied under constant pressure, which is provided by the tank. A horizontal mortar mixer ensures mixing of the components. The finished solution passes through the vibrating screen and is fed to the place of consumption with a mortar pump. Mortar knots are economical, and their use allows to reduce the cost of preparation of the mixture in the range from 30 to 50%.

Equipment for greenhouses

Mortar knots of greenhouses are used for preparing a nutrient solution, conducting and planning drip irrigation in greenhouse production. Such devices allow you to organize the supply of solution for individual zones by the time of irrigation and the consumption of the solution.

Using a certain program, you can plan watering during the day. Depending on the capabilities of the system, the program allows you to start watering, taking into account several types of influences. Among them, it should be noted:

  • time;
  • The amount of solar radiation;
  • Humidity level of the substrate;
  • Temperature.

Conclusion

In mixing units, a mixing hopper must be present. It can assume a spare drum, working with low energy costs. Preparation of rigid mixtures is impossible, because the gravity tank will not cope with plastic solutions.

A special mobile container is used for forced mixing where blades are used. At the same time wear of working elements is faster, and power consumption is increasing.
