Of course, it is worth paying attention to those mobile operators that are not so well known, although their tariffs and conditions are not so bad. The Russian operator Beeline (code +38068) several years ago promptly broke into the Ukrainian mobile space. About Golden Telecom (code +38039) potential subscribers know very little, because this operator did not specifically advertise their services. The operator Peoplenet is more specialized in providing Internet. Works on CDMA / 3g technology (code +38092).
