  • Two cloves of garlic;
  • Small bundle of chives;
  • 12 pieces of cherry tomatoes;
  • 50 ml of white wine;
  • Black freshly ground pepper - ¼ tsp;
  • Sea salt.

By the way, pine nuts are regarded as a delicacy and used in cooking for making sauces, fish, meat and vegetable dishes, seasonings.

How to cook?

So how to cook tasty pasta-bows? Finely chop and cut with scissors chives. Rub it in a mortar with a pinch of pepper and salt. Combine the resulting mixture with olives and leave for a while. Boil the salted water in pasta, then drain and save it. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Peel the garlic and crush the flat side of the knife. Finely chop the parsley. Warm the olive oil in a frying pan and lightly brown the garlic. Put the tomatoes, pine nuts and olives together with the dressing and fry for a couple of minutes in a frying pan.

Then remove the frying pan from the fire, add parsley to the products, mix. Pour in the white wine, pepper and salt. Put the farfalle in the pan, stir. If necessary, pour in a little water, in which the pasta was brewed. Sprinkle with basil, crushed hands, and serve immediately.
