At 3 o'clock in the morning on May 19, 2016, the fire alarm panel received an alarm signal about the fire of the restaurant "Narat" (Lebyazhye). 23 units of equipment and 65 fire fighters left the place of the fire. Despite the fact that the fire was localized in a short time, it was possible to completely eliminate the flame after 2 hours. Unfortunately, the construction (mostly of wood) quickly burned out, and from the building there was almost nothing left.

At the time of the incident, there were no people in the building, respectively, there were no casualties.

At 7 am the investigative measures began, and 3 versions of the incident were put forward:

1. The fire is by negligence.
2. Problems with wiring.
3. Deliberate arson.

According to the manager of the restaurant "Narat" (Kazan), the version about the problem with electrical wiring is unlikely. As on 07.06.2013, the inspection service conducted an inspection in the course of which it was found out that all electrical components are in working order, without deviations. In addition, the fire alarm system worked, calling firefighters.

Even in the days of the Tatarstan, this place was very attracted by its extraordinary architecture for that period and belonging to a beautiful forest corner. The building was built by the order of the first secretary of the Tatar regional committee of the CPSU - Fikryat Tabeyev. The construction of the cafe was timed to coincide with the wedding of his son. The first fire took place in the 70's.

In the 90 years, "Narat" burned twice, as a result of gang warfare. Then this building was abandoned for several years.

In 2009, the restaurant "Narat" in Kazan once again became the center of attention. This time the case concerned financial fraud: representatives of the city authorities issued a deal to sell a cafe for 4,000,000 rubles, while the real price was 10,000,000 rubles.

In 2012 the building acquired a new life, it was reconstructed and repaired. After 4 years, "Narat" was again engulfed in flames. The people went to the rumor that the place was cursed, and someone said that the institution again prevented competitors.

Starting in 2013, the owner of the restaurant "Narat" in Kazan is the organization of LLC "Variant" in the person of the founders:

1. E.K. Fahrislamova (55%).
2. V.A. Bogatova (25%). He owns 2 more organizations.
3. Yu.A. Komarova (20%). He is also the director of part-time and co-owner of the construction company Elint-K.
