"Kuilyuk" cafe (Kazan) changes its name

Kazan is a city of contrasts. Here, the Tatars, Russians, Bashkirs, people of other nationalities live peacefully. There is nothing surprising in the fact that many Russian guests live in the city. In educational institutions you can meet representatives of different nationalities. The owner of "Kuilyuk" cafe (Kazan), Alexander Tsoi, created an institution oriented to Korean and Uzbek cuisine.

Old mode

The initial name of the institution is "Kuilyuk". Cafe Kazan met not very cordially. Of course, many Koreans who live in the city at the moment know that you can taste national dishes here. However, new visitors did not seek to eat anything in this institution.

The emphasis was on two types of cuisine: Uzbek and Korean. Of course, the menu was dominated by spicy dishes, as well as shish kebabs. Alcohol was excluded. The location of the institution is also not very good. Cafe "Kuilyuk" (Kazan), whose address is not known to every native inhabitant of the city, is located on Krasnaya Zapad Street 27/55. This is in the Soviet area of Kazan.

The show changes everything!

"Kuilyuk" cafe (Kazan) won the contest for participation in the show "At the knives", which is successfully broadcasted on the channel "Friday". The famous chef Konstantin Ivlev arrived in Kazan to teach the owners of the institution not only to tasty feed regular customers, but also to attract new visitors.

The first incident occurred at the very beginning of the show, when a famous restaurateur simply could not find the place. This is due to the fact that the cafe "Kuilyuk" in Kazan, reviews about which at that time were unflattering, is located in the basement of one of the standard buildings.

Of course, not without scandals. This incident occurred after the chief said that the quality of food, its appearance and taste leave much to be desired. In the end, Ivlev proved his point, changing not only the interior, some positions of the kitchen, but also the name of the institution. Now "Kuilyuk" cafe (Kazan) has turned into an institution with the name "White Stork". It is worth noting that the original name was given in honor of the famous market in Tashkent.

New interior. Life after the show

"Kuilyuk" cafe (Kazan) has changed its name. Of course, it was necessary to amend the interior. Now the walls are made in light colors, from pure white to gently beige. They are located miniatures that introduce the scenery of Korea.

On one of the walls there is a TV, which broadcasts programs from the channel "Friday". Also, furniture was replaced, bulky baldachins were removed. Guests are greeted with light tablecloths with comfortable food substrates.

Menu and prices of the "White Stork"

With a change in appearance and name, the menu changed. For example, dishes of Uzbek cuisine were deleted. However, according to the management of the institution, they can be ordered in advance.

In other respects, the kitchen has become sharper, Korean students coming to visit have tried it on the program "On knives". There are several types of hot soup. In the opinion of those who have eaten them, they should be ordered only by true connoisseurs of acute, as the burning sensation is difficult to kill even with mineral water.

Also on the menu you can find a lot of snacks, for example, broken cucumbers, Korean salads with carrots, or with legume sprouts. By the way, when ordering a hot dish, visitors are brought and a set of several types of snacks. Alcohol in the institution is also missing, but you can bring it with you, by prior arrangement with the administration of the institution. Also visitors allocate special flat cakes for a pair, which can be purchased as an alternative to the usual bread. Prices in cafes are democratic. For example, it is possible to buy hot food from 250 rubles, and snacks - from 100. This is probably one of the reasons for the growing popularity of the renovated institution.
