Isospan "B": instructions for use and some nuances
Building a house is half the battle, since the erection of a "box" often causes much less trouble than its insulation and installation of a vapor barrier. And without the last dispense strongly do not recommend, since otherwise the service life of the insulation will be much less, and the cost of heating will increase. For this purpose is ideally suited isospan "B", the instruction manual for which is quite simple.
Note that a smooth surface it should be turned to the external environment, while a rough layer of it is laid on the heater. The fact is that unevenness allows you to effectively keep the condensate, which can later be diverted to the drainage system. Thus, the isosphere "B" (the instruction for use of which is in the article) is a comparatively cheap but effective means of protection against moisture.
How it can be used
Roof insulation
Walls with external insulation
Izospan is quite popular in low-rise construction of country houses. It can be used to insulate the exterior and interior surfaces of walls. It is fixed on the crate. Once again, we remind you that the rough surface must be inverted. Otherwise isospan "B", the technical characteristics of which are very good, will not fully cope with their tasks.
Let's start the installation
If you plan to fix a vapor barrier inside a room decorated with a lining or similar material, the isospan should be attached to the rack carcass, the latter being impregnated with antiseptic solutions. In the case where the finish is done with plasterboard, the material is attached to metal guides. It is important that there is a gap of at least 5 cm between the wall and the vapor barrier, otherwise condensate will not be removed. In any case, the isospan "B" (the instruction for use of which has been described by us) must be fastened together with a special tape.
