Igor Chapurin was born in 1968. In the Vitebsk Technological College he was educated as a designer of clothes for women and after that began working as a fashion designer in one of the studios in Vitebsk. The second specialty he received at the Institute of Technology, where he entered in 1991. Now he had the opportunity to work as an "artist-fashion designer".
