Therefore, with the adjustment of the gas, it does not turn out to start the skid. It is possible here only with the help of a handbrake. And then, there will be an unmanageable turn, but not drift. But with a self-locking differential, the torque will be transmitted in any case.

Tires

Proper adhesion to the surface should be ensured. However, since learning to drift on a car is easier with more slippery tires, it is possible to use them at low speed, because they simply can not stand it anymore. But at the competitions there must be such tires that can hold at least one race. At the same time on a more powerful motor tires should be more tenacious, so that the car skids at high speeds and with a fair amount of smoke.
