No culinary instruction gives a clear sequence of how to fry mushrooms. There may, of course, be a few tips that can really be applied in the process itself, however, in practice we understand that this is not enough. So let's understand in this article how tasty it is to fry mushrooms, so that they become the highlight of the dish you prepared.

The process of cooking mushrooms, as a rule, does not cause any difficulties, so even an inexperienced hostess can cope with it.

How to fry mushrooms. Option 1

To do this, you will need a onion - cut it into half rings and set it aside. Now, take up the preparation of the frying pan on which you are going to make the frying process. To do this, pour oil into it and wait until it warms up. When this happens, pour into it a third of the onions you cut, and after three minutes after the start of roasting, add mushrooms to the onion, after adding fire. Immediately try to stir well the contents of the frying pan and leave to grill.

In the process of heat treatment, mushrooms give a lot of juice, so they, rather, stew in their own juice. Do not try to cover them at this time with a lid! You only need to cook in an open frying pan, since you need to get rid of the resulting juice - it just needs to evaporate. At the moment when mushrooms with onions are sufficiently fried, turn off the fire and try to keep track of the moment when the moisture evaporates completely. At this very moment you need to pour out the rest of the chopped onion. Only then can you cover the frying pan with a lid so that the contents are saturated with onion flavor and aroma. The main thing - reduce the fire to a minimum.

How to fry mushrooms. Option 2

This version of heat treatment of mushrooms is significantly different from the previous one. If you do not know how to fry ceps, then you can use this recipe - for them it fits just perfectly.

Before cooking, you need to prepare mushrooms - to do this, wash them and clean them. Then cut them into the desired size slices. To ensure that everything turned out very tasty, cook the mushrooms in salted water for five minutes before frying. Do not keep them in the water after you turn off the cooker - immediately take out and proceed to roll in the flour.

In the meantime, prepare a frying pan: put it on a stove and melt the butter. Once this happens, spread the mushrooms on it and cook until the golden brown color appears on them.

Now, take over the handling of the onions. To do this, cut it into half rings or straws and fry in vegetable oil, too, until a golden crust appears.

When the onion is ready, add it to the mushrooms and stir well. Now pour sour cream into the pan (if you took half a kilogram of mushrooms, then half a cup is enough) and bring it to a boil, turn off the stove.

Now ready mushrooms can be served on the table.

If you do not want to serve mushrooms as a separate dish, you can fry them in the same way, but without adding sour cream at the end - so you can add them to salad or soup, for example.
