Hot Key: Attractions and most interesting places of the resort

60 kilometers to the south-east of Krasnodar, in the valley of the river Psekups, there is a beautiful city with the name Goryachy Klyuch. Its attractions are the amazingly beautiful places that nature itself created. This is the only place in the southern part of Russia where drinking Essentuk mineral waters is combined with the hydrogen sulfide baths of Sochi and Matsesta.

There are more than 10 mineral springs in the city, the waters of which are used both for drinking and for healing baths. There are thermal chloride-hydrocarbonate, hydrogen sulfide, alkaline and sodium water, the water in which heats up to 60 degrees of heat.

What unique places is the Hot Key famous for? Attractions of a natural nature can be combined into one large list, headed by the Abadzekh mountain, the peak of which is located within the city limits, on the right coast of Psekups. It appeared 10-15 million years ago. At its foot there are many healing keys. At an altitude of 100 meters, inside the mountain, there is an underground lake, the waters of which flow out a powerful stream on one of the slopes. They are called the Blue Spring.

Continuing to inspect what is known for the Hot Key, the attractions of this place, you can not miss the 28-meter cliff, located above the river Psekups. In local people, it is known as the Rock of Salvation. A mountain peak from the resort is separated by the Dantovo Gorge, to which a stone path of 49 steps leads. It was cut down in the 19th century.

In the immediate vicinity of the stairs is the Key Stream, which merges with the waters of the waterfall of the Iron source. There are many legends about this stream. Near the Dante's stairs are the moss-covered sandstone cliffs, on which visitors leave their inscriptions. A similar place is still on the opposite slope, located a hundred meters away, it is called the "ladder of life".

One can not help recalling the Ada waterfall, located on the right tributary of the creek with the same name. Its height is 12 meters. This miracle of nature is eager to see all the tourists who visited the resort of Goryachy Klyuch. Attractions of this nature can be observed almost at every step, as there are 22 waterfalls in the vicinity of the Psekups River, the beauty of which can not be expressed in words. On the Burlachenkov Brook creek you can see a two-step nine-meter waterfall. It is 10 kilometers from the village of Fanagoria. The main unique feature of the waterfall is a ten-meter bath formed at its base.

Attractions of the Hot Key with photos can not fully convey the beauty of these places. So, not a single photograph can show the beauty of the alley of a thousand pines. It consists of their Pitsunda pine and Koch pine, and its length is two kilometers. It is located in the central part of Lenin Street. This avenue is a kind of entrance to the Healing Park.

Looking around the resort HotKlyuch (Krasnodar Krai), the sights of this city, it is worth paying attention to architectural structures, many of which have historical value. So, at the foot of the Abadzekh mountain there is the Iberian chapel, attached to the grotto at the end of the 19th century. Another unique structure is on the left bank of the Chepsy River. This is a fortress, located 300 meters west of Podnavisla Farm. It was built somewhere at the end of the first millennium, the exact date is not yet established. In addition to the most interesting places described, there are many monuments in the city, among which the White Obelisk is a memorial sign installed in the alley leading to the Healing Park in 1964.
