Honda-Pilot: owner reviews and SUV reviews
The car "Honda-Pilot" belongs to a number of all-wheel drive crossovers and is produced mainly for the American consumer. However, recently such specimens are found increasingly on Russian and Ukrainian roads. The fact is that now Honda-Pilot is officially supplied not only to the US, but also to the Russian market. As for foreign Europe, here it is not very popular. There they like small glamorous SUVs having average qualities between a car and an SUV.
Honda Pilot: feedback from owners about the design
The exterior of the machine is literally full of masculinity and impressiveness. In addition to its huge size, this SUV has just an armored personnel appearance. Highly raised bumper, impressive optics, muscular wheel arches and chopped body lines make the car very aggressive, and such an "armored car" will clearly differ from the rest of the cars.
Honda-Pilot: owner feedback on the interior
On the inside, this SUV can be compared to a compact house on wheels. Passengers of even the highest growth here will be enough seats, with a margin of several centimeters. The driver's seat has a lot of adjustments, which makes it possible to adjust it to its anatomical features. The central console is conveniently placed all the controls, which can easily be reached by stretching out your hand. The instrument panel is made in a very unusual design, but its informativeness and readability did not diminish. The level of ergonomics is comparable with the "Mercedes" of the GL-series, but the quality of finishing materials still disappointed.
Specifications
"Honda Pilot" in all variations is equipped with a 6-cylinder gasoline engine with a capacity of 249 horsepower and a volume of 3471 cubic centimeters. Coupled with it is a 5-speed automatic transmission.
The Big Deception
It is worth noting that the manufacturer claimed 11.6 liters per 100 kilometers - this is not the fuel consumption that Honda-Pilot has. 20-22 liters of gasoline per "hundred" - that's the real expense, which was measured by car owners. Of course, even an inexperienced car enthusiast will realize that 11 liters will not be enough to feed a 249-hp 3.5-liter unit.
How much does a Honda Pilot cost?
Moscow and its official dealers sell this car at a price of 1 million 400 thousand rubles. Approximately the same cost and with other representatives in all regions of Russia.
